THEY RUINED MY CAR AND WONT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT!!!! I drive a Porsche Cayenne, and thanks to this car wash it is RUINED. I watched through the window as my car went into the wash, and as it turned the corner to enter the wash area, I saw it bump violently up and down, as if it had hit something. When it came out, the guy drying it off pointed out to me that two of the tires and wheels were severely damaged. Two of the rims on one side were scratched badly, and the tires surrounding those rims both each had a huge bubble in the rubber. I took it to a tire place, and they told me that those bubbles in the tires were caused by some sort of impact, or "pinching," and that it is very dangerous to drive on them in that condition. NOT ONLY THAT, but they left the sunroof open while washing my car!!! They dried the interior off superficially so that I wouldnt notice, but the water had already seeped into the leather. My leather interior is COMPLETELY water damaged. When I went back to talk to the owner, I spoke to someone named "Alex" who claimed he is not the owner, and would not give me the owners name. Alex sent me to a Goodyear across the street, where he and the worker there are on a first name basis. I thought he was sending me to get an estimate for the damage to my tires, but in actuality, he sent me there so that his friend "Sunny" could tell me that it wasnt the carwashs fault (despite the fact that he knew nothing about what had happened). When I let Alex know that I had already had the car checked out by a different tire place and that they had told me something different, he sent me away and said they would not be doing anything about the damage. He said I "wouldnt have a case against him" since Id have to call him to testify as a witness, and he would testify that it wasnt the carwashs fault. It seems they have instructed the girl who answers the phone not to give out the owners name to callers, because when I called to ask what the owners name was, her response was "what is this regarding?" and then she told me she doesnt know who the owner is. THIS CAR WASH IS SHADEY. My new car is now SEVERELY damaged, and I have to pay thousands of dollars to fix it because of what THEY did. DO NOT GO TO EXPERT CAR WASH, THEY ARE DISHONEST IDIOTS WHO WILL DAMAGE YOUR CAR, AND WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY OR DO ANYTHING TO FIX IT!!!

The Owners are foreign and rude. They were yelling at their front desk in front of me and several other customers one day. I let it go and I did come back to this place to give it another chance, when I came the second time they cracked my windshield all the way across. When I told them to pay for it, they said there was a small crack in my windshield before so it shouldnt have gone through the machine!!! to top it off, my daughter found the owner on a sex offender site. NEEDLESS to say I will NOT be going here again

I loved this place, I am surprised there have been any complaints. They are: budget friendly, professional, very thorough, and go above any other place in this price range. I have a jeep grand Cherokee with leather seats, and they have always done a good job with the interior its major reason I drive to come here. Anyways if your looking for a nice deep clean for your car look no further!

Did an alright job. Got the basic car wash. Car came out looking pretty shiny but wasnt dried off very well. Few spots were missed on the cleaning but aa majority of the mess on the car was cleaned off. The guy cleaning the car half assed the tire cleaning. Otherwise I might go back since they always offer coupons which drops the gold package price down to the silver package price.

Its ok. Its a car wash. I come here only because my dog vet is in the same strip mall. Its a hit or miss. The few times I come here, the wash job can be good or leave alot of streaks. Its not a 100% hand car wash, your car does go thru a machine so we all know how that can turn out.

I arrived 15 minutes to 6pm on a Saturday. All the employees were standing around doing nothing and open light was on, but I was told they were closed. You dont want my business during posted business hours, dont worry because Ill never come back, your loss

They have done a great job every time for the past 3 yrs. Very friendly service with a little store, and a TV outside, usually on sports.

The guys here do a great job. They have recently upgraded their interior lobby. Dont forget to get a punch card. 11th wash is free.
