$150.00 down the drain. Just purchased the evening before, minivan for handicapped vetran. I explained to Gabriel how I wanted it detailed before showing it to him. Make no mistake their was NO language barrier. 2hours later this what I was expected to settle for. Of course when I objected to the condition every excuse in the book came out. After at least ten attempts to contact the owner Frank this matter is not settled even though I have not one, but two, of his managers stating what a horrible job was done. Raul was mgr. on duty @ the time yet by the pic I took when asked the question "ARE YOU PLEASED WITH THE JOB DONE HERE TODAY?". he could do nothing but hide his face. The following day was not much better as I was forced to drag yet another manager Brian into the mess where he was " NOT COMFORTABLE ". signing a note stating what a poor job was done. I have 22pics to post..Judge for yourself.....If this is how they treat a elderly retired handicapped vetran, would you care to spend your money here?? I will not.

The people here are humble and hard working. I have lived in Huntington beach and Irvine for about 5 years now and they are the only team I can trust with my car. If i was ever picky about something... I spoke with the detailer who did it and they would fix it no problems. When i bought my new car i already knew where to trust it to. I am a pet stylist so i know what its like to work with picky people. And they have every right to be as i am picky too, lol. But i always leave a good tip... If properly apreciated a tip will motivate any one in the service industry to throw in a few perks and do a more thorough job for you. They will remember you, and your appreciation for their work. After my car went through the wash, i saw it get parked with all the others and it just sat there. Nobody worked on it. 10 minutes later, an attendant waved me down and said it was ready. It was real obvious that it had not been dried off and there were mud stains near the wheels. I tried talking to the attendant but apparently he doesnt speak english.

***AVOID THIS PLACE*** Your car is not safe!! Frank is a total moron and a swindler!! If you get your cash washed and leave the property and anything they stole or broke is not their problem!! He said i was required to do an extensive inspection of my car before i drove off the property. I cant wait too see this place go out of business!

Coming here since Nov 1980 when I moved to Huntington Bch which says a lot. We get the Armoral tires but no air freshener. Glass is cleaned both inside and out which I love! We bring two cars about twice a month. See ya there !

Rip off! Charged $40.00 to hand wash dually. The car wash I usually go to was closed (they only charge $25.00) And pitiful job. I had to ask them to dry the front of the truck. Ill never go to Metro again.

Did a good job and quick. My car was a mess from mud on the road and the only spot left when these guys were done was a drop of tree sap on the sunroof. Well worth the $20

They do an okay job, but theyre cheaper than all the other places around. If you get your car wash regularly, youll save quite a bit if you go to Metro.

I might as well have just hosed my car off! They didnt even clean inside just vacuumed! I paid $22.95 for nothing. Dont go here.
