I took my car there this evening for a wash. As I handed the keys to the gentleman, I asked how much the hand wax would be. He replied $40 and said it would be an hour. I then watched the car come through the wash and get dried off. The car was taken to the back and 20 minutes later, the gentleman backs the car out and beeps for me to come. The car was clearly not waxed. I asked him why I still had all the same stains on the paint. The guy didnt speak english very well but explained that what I got was a wax which shines the paint. He then referred me to speak with someone else who explained that the $90 job was what I was looking for and it would take 4 hours. Being close to closing time, that of course wasnt an option. So essentially, i spent $15.99 for a car wash with a 20 minute wax break at an additional cost of $24. I asked the guy why anyone would want their car to be just hand waxed. His reply was to shine the paint. As far as I knew, a regular car wash shines the paint. The staff was very friendly indeed but to claim they do a job that masquerades as a "wax" job is unethical business practice. I was told the manager was not in and wouldnt be in until Saturday morning. I should at least get $24 back for the absolute waste of time and effort. I wouldnt recommend this establishment.

My family had been coming here for years. And ever since I started driving I would bring my car here. So today I dropped my car off for a good wash, I asked the guy what time they closed he told me at 5pm. So I went to target really quick to pick up some things and when I come back they are closed and wouldnt give me my car!!! I was no longer than 30min at target. Like wtf I asked one of the workers if he could open and give me car, and he was really rude and told me because he didnt have the keys to the place. And I asked him if he could call his boss because I needed my car to drive home because I live far away, he didnt care he was being really rude to me. This is the last time I am coming here again

This place totally sucks. First off, we paid to have detail done to the exterior of the car and they didnt even touch the wheels but the best part is when they damaged my vehicle. There atleast 20 good size paint chips all down the passenger side of my vehicle. They tried to buff it out and when they didnt succeed they started blaming the damage on my wife. We just bought the vehicle and it didnt move for awhile because she just had a baby so unless cars and grocery carts are coming into my driveway of my house just to hit my car then they are idiots. Anyways if you do not like your vehicle then go there otherwise I STRONGLY recomend not to.

Poor customer service, waited over 30 minutes for someone to dry my car. The car that came out after mine in the wash was dried first. Complained to the manager about the water spots on the car. He stated that he would get someone to work on the car and left in a hurry. I demanded a refund and was told that they would not refund my money. Poorly trained manager and cashier. I overheard people complaining about the hidden costs associated with the car wash. I will never go back to this car wash again.

Its an okay place to go where you want quick service. Ive never had a problem with their car wash. The guys that wash your car can be forgetful and forget to vaccuum a certain part of your car or forget to put shine on one of your tires, but its something that is so easy to correct and theyre really nice about it when I point it out. I dont need to wait, they clean it right away. I figure, it gets busy and they are probably trying to give you speedy service. Over all, good place.

Well this place does not look much from the street they have amazing values for a car detailing. I brought in an older Prius that was absolutely filthy and cakes in dirt. When I picked up the car it looked almost like new. Even the scratches on the outside were minimized by the polishing and waxing.

As many times Ive had my car washed here, I surprised to find that they did a horrible job. I spots in my front n rear windows. My side mirrors werent cleaned fully n my console wasnt touched. Time to seek a new place.

Ive been coming here awhile now BUT I WILL NOT COME BACK IN WINTER months they keep the doors to the lobby wide open when I asked to close them she did but still NO HEAT makes for an unbearable wait NEVER AGAIN..

Quick service, thorough wash, friendly staff, nice waiting room, and good prices. Paid 15.99 for external wash, vacuum and scent. There is also a wash for 10.99 and I think 20.99. Will definitely be coming back.

Really bad they over charge me, they were support to charge only $70 and they charge me $ 100 $30 extra for a terrible detail. I never coming back it is a big rip off.

Did not do what was promised. Vacuuming half of the car and hid all the trash on the 3rd row of my SUV is not Vacuuming. Its unscrupulous and dishonest.

Everyone is standing around, no ac for waiting customers, took 35 mins and there was only two cars ahead of mine, and wash was average.
