Id leave zero stars if I could. Was not impressed with this place at all. I had water marks all over my truck. The inside polish was just applied and not rubbed in. The vacuum job was horrible. To top it off when I went to go get my truck I couldnt find it anywhere. Made me feel like someone stole my truck! Asked the manager and he said he had to park it in the back. I didnt feel like the job done was worth the 25 bucks I spent. So I asked for a refund after showing the owner the condition of my truck. He said he would give me the refund this time but he would never do business with me again. I said no problem just give me my money. Horrible customer service. Horrible car wash. This place was recommended to me by my mother. Who also had her car done at the same time. Hers was okay. So one out of 2? Hmm dont seem like a good way to do business to me. Will post pictures.

I told my husband to come to this place bcuz Ive always gotten good service. Plus Im pregnant and wanted a clean car to install our babies carseat. This time it was a disappointment bcuz there was bird crap on the car still. The inside was not totally cleaned it had stains of wax and food. We payed for the works and doesnt really look clean. The rims look alot worse than before. I would of done a better job it wasnt worth coming here. I see dog hairs in the seats still and dust. Its as if they rushed instead of doing an excellent job. Plus they were rude honking at us to go instead of asking us if everything was alright with the car. :(

They are the best!!! I usually do the drive threw car washes because they offer free vacuum. I have 3 kids so interior gets really bad! My sister had given me a free regular was ($14) coupons. Note that i had not washed my car in over 2 months,and had taken it on a road trip. So the whole front of the car had a layer of bugs. So from start to finish roughly 30 minutes. My car was spotless! No bugs. Windows so clear it seemed like they were down. Not a spect or crumb on the carpets or seat (even moved my three car seats). And the dash board was completely whipped down, and didnt even have the loose threads from the towels.

HORRIBLE. Thieves work here and the business does exactly the opposite to stop the habit. My gf gave my lost iphone to the short skinny hispanic worker thinking it was his. I call an hour after to talk to a manager and he is apparently "busy". So then I ask the associate whom im talking too if an iphone has been returned; she says no. So I wait all day for a phone call back from the manager and get nothing. I called constantly for the next two days to get "hes not here" or hes "busy". Horrible business ethics and for that I hope you all choose another place to do business with.

I was Googling some stuff and ended up seeing these awful reviews of this place. Well, this is one of my favorite places I go every other week. Ive been washing my precious car at this place over 3 years, and guess what? Nothing has happened, they havent stolen my stuff from the car or havent "destroyed" my car nor my "BUDDYs" car yet lol I dont think this place deserves stupid reviews like these, period.

Ive been taking my cars to this place for over 4 years. My wife as I have each a work car and we have a family car as well. Ive left cell phones and other expensive stuff in plain sight and nothing has ever gone missing. Stop blaming others for your stupid mistakes. Im sure all these things that were lost were lost elsewhere. Blame yourself for not knowing where your stuff is at all times.

just left this place with much disappointment!! they left the inside of my car looking like the inside of a Crisco lard container , didnt even bother to wipe the inside of my back window n I could of done a better vacuum service with a hand broom then they did with an industrial vacuum... when I called to complain the manager said he couldnt do anything about it Smh

I was there last Tuesday (3/15/2011) and today I learned my wallet was taken from the glove compartment and my credit cards used in Concord, CA yesterday. I filed a police report with APD, and I will start a campaign to close the darn place.
