I was there about two weeks ago , I drive a brand new Mazda 2 black , only place that I used to take my new car for a wash, second time I took it in , and the guy who dried my car , scratched it about four times with his rags , I asked to talk to the owner , and instead I had to deal with this guy Raymundo , who treated me like Im stupid , he said it wasnt done there , when the scratches appear in circular movements, but wait it gets even better , he had the nerve to tell me that same day , another customer driving a black car complaint about the same issue, and he said you people who drive black cars wanna blame it on us , but you dont take account that you can see everything on a black car , even minimal things , seriously ? I left very upset , I was out of town for over a week since this happened , I called the owner his name is Pedrum, he was in a meeting and he couldnt answer , I will not lie , he called me back like in 4 hours later, couldnt get the phone , I didnt return his call , Im too mad , hello brand new car , I dont even have license plates yet , today I took it to a different place they hand washed my car , and waxed it , which made the scratches less noticeable, the point is that I shouldnt have to wait for this to happen, at this terrible service car wash , they just sent me home with a phone number of someone, who apparently doesnt know about customer service , end of the history is that they lost my business and my other 4 roommates as well , which obviously agree with me , those scratches were done with their rags , you shouldnt go to this place , and definitely a nooooo if you drive a black car, even worst if it is brand new :S

Will never go back to this place again! Was charged an extra $3.00 by the most unfriendly and rude-mannered young black-haired girl because I have a small Toyota 4Runner. I purchased a Groupon for this car wash and nowhere not even in the small, fine print did it say that it would cost extra for a SUV. When I went there the 1st time, I dealt with a different girl who I might add was very friendly and nice. When I explained to her I shouldnt be charged extra for my 4Runner because such a disclosure was not mentioned anywhere on the Groupon, she didnt. She even said she had gained knowledge from other customers in the mean time about the same thing I had explained to her. She even said that the original Groupon did fail to mention the extra $3.00 fee for SUVs and therefore would waive it for me. Too bad this was not the case the other day when I went back for my 2nd wash. I dealt with a different girl this time who was extremely rude and unprofessional I might ad. She made no attempt to assist me and blew me off like she was just ignoring me! All she kept saying was, "Thank you, Thank you." I have since called up the owner of this place and left a message for him to please return my phone call, but he never did. Judging by his name he must be of Asian descent and if he thinks his car wash here in the U.S. can be run/operated like any business he might own in his home country, assuming he does, hes mistaken!!! Because of his false advertising, rude cashier, not to mention the wash itself which wasnt that good, I will never go back to this place. I have officially washed my hands of this joint, no pun intended.

I went today (10/13/2012) to wash my brand new Dodge Charger 2012. I took $30 ultimate car with rim shine package. The guy working on the car said it is all done and the car is ready. I went to inspect my car and found zillion of spots on the body of my car still present on my car. I told him that these are not scratches and it should be removed. He removed few of them and then i pointed few more to him. Finally, i gave up. Whats the point of supervising how/what he is doing. I paid $30 not to supervise his work. Then i told him why i have water spots on my car.He answered me in one line: Windex can not remove it. To remove this you need to wax your car. That is bullshit. He was just careless to leave those water drops to dry and hence the water spots. I gave tip to that guy even though he did worst job on my car. I asked to meet the manager and manager did not turn for another 15-20 minutes. I did not see any customer satidfaction attitude in any of the staff there. I am just giving 1 star to this place only because the guy did shine my rims nice. I am not going to this place and would not recommend anyone to go either. TOTALLY UNSATISFIED!!

12/27/2016 I have been coming here for years and tipping 5 dollars every wash but yesterday they screwed me. came in at 3:50 wand I wanted them to clean some mud from my back seat they refused but told me they would still do the wash. went in and spoke with a manager he told me there was not enough time because they closed at 5? I offered to pay for a 50 dollar wash and tip the guys extra, the manager disrespected me and told me to take it or leave it but would not still do it. a guy told me that half the employees did not show up to work and they were short. I told the manager there was still an hour left until they closed, but the manager did not care nor refused to fix it. I said after years of service this is how he treated me he then turned around walked away from me! I walked back in and turned in my rewards card. These people do not care, short or not I was disrespected and treated like crap with still an hour left until close. if this is how they treat loyal customers I will never set foot on their property again and for the record my car was only lightly muddy.

They are cheaters. I bought Groupon coupon for 3 wash. At my first wash the lady at the counter told me that since you have bigger car you need to pay 9 $ extra (3 per wash) upfront. So I paid 9$. At my 2nd wash same lady was at the counter so sherecognized the mark she made on my car wash card and waived the additional 3$ for 2nd wash since it was already paid. When I went for 3rd wash there was different lady at the counter and she she asked for additional 3$. She refused to believe me that I have already paid the additional dollars for all three washes. I had to pay 3 $ extra for for the 3rd wash. At one the lady at the counter even said that the if you buy Groupon coupon in the first week of November it expires at the end of December even though it has 3 months validity. Will never go there and recommend people not to go there.

(Car Lovers Beware/Dont Let The Ruin Your Tint) I Come to Bristol Speedwash 2-3 time a month for the managers special or a spray wax but today I had the unfortunate problem of my tint being scratched on my passenger & driver side windows after asking that they be extra careful. (Like I always do) I spoke with the manager & was told that there microfiber towels dont scratch tint & he couldnt help me! (Thanks a lot you just lost another customer) Im looking into my legal options I kno its just tint but it cost me a lot & I take care of it well I have no kids so it defintly wasnt me...
