I took my Wifes Ford Edge small car not an Exployer or Midsize Size Utility Vehicle . I paid for a $20 Standard car wash . They charged an extra $1.50 for larger vehicle . My car sat for 10 minutes in the Sun before any workers began to work on the vehicle. When I checked the vehicle after, the whole front end , rear and sides were still covered in a film of dirt . The windows were all smudged and streaked with dirt bugs . Be sure to confront the manager for a second wash or your money back.

More hits than misses, and the staff are generally friendly and polite. When they miss though, they miss hard. There was still a nut from a tree on my windshield wiper from before the wash, and thats with me finding it at the end of the day driving around all day. Sometimes theyll use the air compressor to get the water out from your mirrors and door jams, but theres no real consistency. Theyre quick though, for better or worse.

My first car wash, the worst car wash I have seen. Mine is a white color car. So we can see the dust clearly... they did not even clean the doors properly. They have the tactics of cleaning only the driver side. Because generally people will see driver side normally. When I complain to the supervisor, his response was very irresponsible.

What !! wash they dont even care , if they even use soap .My Truck was wash and left the same. Did not even inspect the Truck before they wash it if their was any abnormal spots on my truck. They made up stuff so I can pay them $30.00 extra so they Wax my Truck. And when I seen the Manager he said have a niece day . what an ass.

When i was asking questiins to one of the workers he would not speak. He would just shake his head like I was annoying him. The car wash was not the best at all. I see water spots everywhere. I still see bird poo on the side of my car. I had to wipe dirt off my back widow. Very disappointed. First and last time going there!

Not worth the price. Minimalist at best. Dirt around handles and on windows. only wiped down the interior in front, not doors of backseat area or cargo area or hatch. Feel stupid giving the guy a 30% without inspecting before leaving. Will keep shopping around for a reasonably priced car wash that can get the basics done.

Had an incident a few visits back which the owner and his insurance company handled. Been back a few times since then with no problems. Great car washes, great value, great people. Always get a great car wash here! (To the owner, sorry it took so long to update my review! I forgot I posted it! )

Its okay. You get what you pay for. Bought the regular wash, and there were stands of towel stuck on the exterior of my car, and lots of the bug and bird poo was only 75% eliminated. They have a weird old desk in the waiting area, which wasnt cleaned out and had treasures from its last ow er.

Most of the time when you go to an auto detailing place you have your guard up for spending too much money. At this place i feel like they are always trying to go above and beyond! their level of customer service is bar none! You will not be disappointed. Ask for Juan he is great!!!!

IVE BEEN WASHING BOTH MY CAR AND WIFES CAR HERE FOR OVER 6 YEARS BUT EVER SINCE THE NE MANAGEMENT TOOK OVER SERVICE IS NOT AS GOOD AND THEY ARE VERY PUSHY AS FAR AS UPGRADING THE WASH. JOSE WAS GREAT AND THIS CAR WASH WILL GO DOWN HILL WITH HIM. -DR DAVID THRUNG-

This car wash could use a facelift the workers except for a kid name David look tired and not into their job. I have had to point out missed spots a few times in the past.

They always do a really thorough job here. I get the coupons from the weekly flyers that come out, plus they have a card you can have stamped towards a free car wash.
