Prior to being Irvine Auto Wash, we took our cars to Beacon Bay in Fountain Valley and Beacon Bay in Irvine. The Beacon Bay in Irvine was the Best. I would give 5 stars to the Irvine location and 3 to FV. The new owner honored our free wash after 10 that started with Beacon Bay. Also, they currently have free car wash after 10. Only problem is that it is a very basic wash, they do not give the special attention as you would pay for the previous 10 paid for washes. We only take the free wash because its available and will not expect much from it. The free wash service is equal to the $6.00 service. We will drive from out of area to this Auto Wash, because our cars are always nice and clean, when we leave.

You may like cheap car wash. But do you expect that the bubbles of soap still remain at your car after the car wash is finished? These guys do it. They leave the soap bubble between the door and body and other places. After the car wash was finished, I asked the employee there to clean up the soap bubble. They answered that they couldnt do it because I selected the cheap car wash and only the machine wash is included in the service. It does not sound right to me. Same experience happened twice in a row. This time I hoped that the service got better, but no. I will never come back this place again.

Last time. Not only did the car wash suck, but when I came out to my car, the gentleman took his tip, and was off. As i looked over the car I could see that it was about 50% clean. I stood there and tried to get someone to come Finish the job to no avail. I decided to pick up a rag and some cleaner and do it myself. After scrubbing for 15 minutes, it was clean. No thanks to the half dozen employees that watched me do it. Save yourself the trip and just fill up a bucket of soapy water in your driveway. At least you will get what you pay for.

dont pay attention to their listed hours. They close at 5:45 every day. Then when you pull up at 5:45 they say no more cars were closed. I had time to drive to checkered flag car wash 1/2 a mile away and got my car washed before six. pisses me off stay open to what your hours are lazy employees. this has happened to me numerous times.Need a competent manager. I spend over 100 dollars their a month.

Worst car wash we have been too so far , they charged us 22 dollars and treated the car like we paid their $6 deal,after an whole house waiting we come to the car , they didnt vacuum and left the car with water sport all over. Wasnt as clean inside as well. They didnt do anything written on the deal !Never comingot back and dont recommend it to anyone

Went with the Works ($21.99) after my car sat in storage for 2 weeks collecting dust. I am very happy with the service and speed. Went at 9am on a Sunday and my car was placed immediately into the service area. I will be back for sure for their higher end detailing packages.

Going here at off hours on week days has given nothing but positive experiences at this car wash. The discount $7 wash is reasonable for Irvine. Overall satisfied customer. They offer you cash back for tips on credit cards and cushioned outdoor seating is a plus.

They offer a $6 car wash but to really get a decent wash you should be looking to spend about $11. Limited seating inside but cushioned seating outside. Service was super fast and was in and out with a clean care in under than 20 minutes.

First and last time going to this carwash, they took more time on watering the car then actually washing it, i was disappointed. Even though it a rush with many cars, i didnt come there for a fast service, i came to get my car washed.

Overall really nice clean wash and dry and you get to vacuum too. They were busy so it took a little while longer than I thought it should. They also seemed understaffed as there were several people waiting to pay with no one around.

I think this is the best car wash in Irvine. I used to go to checkered flag car wash for the last two years but lately the cleaning has not been very good. I take two cars to Irvine car wash once a week and they do an awesome job.

Decent prices, but one of the workers didnt clean the space between the door and the car frame even after getting the works wash which includes a wipe down of the inside. Small issue, but enough to make me not want to go there.

Their old washing machine put a dent on my rear bumper and denied it was their fault. Their staff is not well trained and hostile to clients, worst car washing experience ever, do not go there for car wash, period.

One of the better car wash spots in Irvine. Hand dry + vacuum. Or exterior only choices. Wax jobs are pretty decent too. Tip your service man!
