Paid $59.99 for the exterior wash & wax, which included interior wash with shampoo & vacuum service for the seats & carpets. They made me wait 2HRS. When I picked up they demanded that I pay before getting my key back. I told them I already paid inside several hours ago. The mini-mart where I paid was closed, so I had to show them my receipt. Even then they held onto my key (waiting for a tip I suppose- meanwhile I hadnt even seen my car yet). I had to ask again for my key. They gave it to me & I went to open up my car. Drops of water everywhere along the doors and glass. My seats & floors were soaking wet. Upon further inspection I found leaves & seeds in the sides of my door, under the windshield wipers & near the opening of my trunk. When I rolled the drivers & passengers seats back to inspect my backseats, I found small white hairs all over the floor (not my hair- I have long brown hair all the way to my lower back & no, I do not have any pets). Additionally there were foot prints, leaves & even live beetles crawling on my mats. Yes, I found bugs in my car after they supposedly "washed" it. I was horrified & absolutely disgusted. Then I opened up the trunk, where I found pieces of straw or hay & what looked like pieces of grass. This was not the way I brought it in. I dont play sports or work on a farm. I dont even own a patch of grass in my home (I live in a condo with a concrete patio). So I wanted to speak with the manager but I was told that everyone from inside the shop had left for the day. Needless to say I did not leave them any tip. When I got home I had to do my own cleaning & then discovered that my glove compartment & the middle compartment by my drink holders were filthy, covered with what looked like some sticky substance & maybe dirt & something gritty like sand (again I have no idea how these areas became so dirty- not how I brought it in). I am so furious. If I werent so mad & if they werent closed, I would return to demand my money back. Needless to say, I have spread the word in my neighborhood, among my family & my coworkers & I vow to never go back. This was the absolute worst service of my life. What a total ripoff. I feel like Ive been robbed & spit on. Maybe thats why they were laughing at me? Unbelievable. Never never never ever. Never again.

If you have a transmission problem and need it to be re-built then I highly suggest you do not come here! This address is outdated. Initially, the price comes out to be low (this is where they hook you) and gives you a real long techanical explanation of how the transmission works and what is wrong (which I first appreciated) then talks about how hes been in this industry for 20 years. I had an urgent transmission problem, so I trusted them to fix my car. They told me 5 days it will be done, then when I paid and left the lot, my car would shake horribly in reverse. I tested the neutral (automatic transmission) gear and I started to creep forward. Thinking maybe I was on a slope, I started to gas in neutral and I actually got my car to go 15-20mph! IN NEUTRAL! This made me furious. I felt like a jackass for paying alot of money and leaving with a transmission that re-built with no quality. Now all the sweet talk in the beginning with the technical jargon goes out the window and has no credibility. I took it back the next morning and I told them about the situation.They realized it was a definite problem and had to keep my car for another 3 days! I finally got my car back and it was definitely better than before, but now my car shakes when I idle. Plus I got scratches on my car. If you have time for this nonsense, then take your car here. I guess the term, "you get what you pay for.." sad to say is starting to become true.

I am a regular customer here and i was satisfied till today. I always come here for quick 14.99 wash and plus $1 for suv and always tip the cleaners. They hand clean the interior with wet clothes and was very detailed until today. I told the guy to wipe the seats just once to get rid of dirts but be refused to listen. Then again i explained him to do it but he flatly refused telling me that i have to pay more money for it. This guy wasnt the regular guy who used to do it. I told him that other cleaners do wipe the seats but he just cleaned the dash ignoring me. After this he even didnt clean the doors and coffee tray and now i am left with unclean vehicle. Now i have to find a new regular place to wash my car.

Took a very long time to wash my car. There werent even that many cars there to begin with. I presented my coupon that included the sealer wax which I am pretty sure I didnt get when my car was washed. There are no windows for you to see your car being run through the wash. After the wash it was left in the sun for a while before somebody started drying it. When my car was done I could see a lot of spots on all my windows. I will never come here again and dont recommend this place.

Terrible service , over an hour to wash my truck. After 30 minutes my ruck finally went through the wash thenwas just sitting there with nobody working on it. After watching it drip for ten minutes or I went inside to complain and there was the manager selling three workers cokes ? She finally sent I guy to work on my truck and he was so slow I could not take it anymore and just dove off with a unfinished truck .

I come visit my family every weekend and I always come to this gas station and Carwash. I mean I get gas first and then a wash. they do a good job despite being busy on the weekends. I love coming here, and my $20 wash I get turns out good. I always recommend this place to my friends and family ..... (also add in a picture of your car or any clean car and say they did a good job)

Ive been here a couple times for details and the results have been good. It did take a long time (2 hours) but the results were great. prices are also reasonable. look for coupons and come with an empty tank to get 20 cents off per gallon when getting a wash.

The roof of our car had some faded blotches which had not oxidized yet. They said a wax service would fix it. It did not. It looks almost the same as before. The rest of the car looks good, but really, the point was to address the roof. Disappointed.

Poor job done almost every time. Rude unfriendly cashier!!! Once took 1 hour for my car to be done, other cars that arrived after mine were done first. I mentioned it to cashier and all she did was glare at me..not one word from her!!
