Stay away from this Panera. It has the WORST SERVICE EVER! It takes a lot for me to write a negative review because I dont want to be that guy, but after 3 terrible experiences in a row I had to. Everytime I go there the line is just about to the door. They have 4 cash registers but only 1 person working the register 90% of the time. The other 10% they have 2 people, but it still takes forever. (YOU NEED MORE CASHIERS) The last 3 times I have waited over 10-15 minutes just to get my order taken. The next problem is that the cashier not only takes your order, they go put your order together, which take FOREVER! Solution = Cashiers should just take the orders to make the customers experience better by not waiting in line, and have a sperate person prepare the order like every other restaurant in the world. You will also see people in the back area just standing there looking at the line get bigger and bigger and not doing anything about it. Their coffee area is always a mess, no one ever cleans it up. The last 2 times I was there, they were out of Hazelnut coffee and when I told someone they were out they said ok, I will get more I then waited 7 more minutes then had to ask someone else and they said Oh sorry we only have one coffee machine in the back that is very slow and it wont be ready for 15-20 more minutes. Wow really?!?! Also when it comes to cleanliness, their tables and floors are always a mess. I noticed this because there is nothing else better to do then waiting in a line so long. I have not been able to go in and out of this Panera in less than 20 minutes for some begals and a simple coffee. The workers here have no sense of urgency or customer service. Who manages this place?? They probably dont even have a manager and if they do its sad that the manager doesnt recognize this and do anything about it. Its also sad to hear the other customers in line with you saying how terrible this place is and they will not be coming back as well. Just waiting for the day this place goes out of business so they can put a real restaurant in!

Frozen Mocha is velvety chocolate & icy espresso, topped with whipped cream & drizzled with chocolate syrup. This was a perfectly blended mocha, not too sweet, great espresso flavor, and creamy. Thumbs up! French Toast Bagel Breakfast Sandwich is an all-natural egg, a thick slice of Vermont white cheddar and all-natural sausage all grilled on a French toast bagel. This was another great sandwich with sweet and savory flavors – gooey, creaminess from the melted cheddar, savory sausage, and sweet cinnamon custardy flavor from the bagel. Thumbs up! Spinach & Artichoke Baked Egg Soufflé is spinach, Romano cheese, red peppers and artichoke hearts, lightly flavored with a hint of garlic & a dash of Tabasco®. This was a light way to start your day with a cup of orange juice. The soufflé was light, fluffy and all of the flavors went really well together. Thumbs up! Thai Chopped Chicken Salad is all-natural, antibiotic free chicken, romaine, wonton strips, a blend of fire-roasted edamame, red bell pepper, and carrot tossed in a Thai Chili Vinaigrette and topped with Thai cashews, fresh cilantro and a peanut drizzle. There are lots of flavors and textures going on here: crunchy won ton strips, smoky edamame, sweet bell peppers, spicy Thai chili dressing, starchiness from the cashews and peanut drizzle, and perkiness from the cilantro. Thumbs up!

If I could give no stars I would. I just waited 15 minutes for my "Rapid Pickup" to find that it was ready and sitting in the kitchen the when time I was there with no reason to why. When I finally asked about my order thats when the manager came in and found the bag sitting. She gave the bag and didnt really say why it took so long didnt even apologized until I said that this wasnt the first time. Her answer was if I come in and my Rapid pickup isnt ready to ask for a manager. I am super frustrated as this has happened too many times and I was giving them another chance. My main problem is the lack of customer service and how they dont ever communicate what is going on.

One of my most favorite places to eat near home. Online ordering and pick up is very confident. Inside is very comfortable, and has a really nice ambience. The staff are super friendly, and are willing to make small changes to the menu items. One thing to note however is that it is very crowded for lunch and dinner, so advance order online if you plan to eat at those times.

A very busy location burdened with a hefty load of highschool students occupying seats for the free wifi. The baked goods are good, but all other items lack effort. Grilled sandwiches seem to get a quick spin in the microwave before service. Staff is friendly, but they dont seem to have the time to fulfill orders with care.

Online orders are consistently missing items like salad dressing. What good is a salad without the dressing? And its faster to order at the register. They wont prepare bagel orders until everyone in line is helped. Maybe its just the tech, this place ok besides these inconveniences.

Waited nearly twenty minutes for coffee and light breakfast. Poor morning management of registers and assistant help was evident. No leadership found and the line remains long with no end in sight. While food is good, service is poor and non repsonsove to customer needs.

I always order the you pick 2 with bacon turkey bravo and chicken noodle soup. Their Fuji Apple salad and bbq chicken salad are great as well. For bakery treats I like the cinnamon scone. Great food but a bit pricey for what you get

Usually quiet, good place to use wi-fi and get some work done. Theyve messed up my orders a few times, but overall, quick service and good value for the money. Eating area and restrooms are clean.

Their flatbread was pathetic. There was barely anything in the sandwich and is no bigger than my hand. For a $6 sandwich I expect more. Honestly better to go next door

Got the salad, there was a bit more ranch on it than I wouldve liked. The bread crust was really hard and not soft. But really nice looking place and cute environment.

Pretty consistent to be expected. Prices seem a tad high for what you get. Can be very loud at lunch if youre trying to get work done, bring headphones.

My favorite is Napa Almond Chicken Salad and mac and cheese. The mac & cheese is warm and creamy, perfect for a cool day as comfort food.
