Idiot employees kept yelling while I was trying to order through the drive-thru, both myself & the lady at the speaker couldnt hear each other due to them being loud and singing in the background. & then, I pull up to speak to the manager & the manager named Tina never once apologized but instead kept making excuses as to why we couldnt hear each other, kept telling me "its okay you can order here" every time I was trying to get my point across and explain the issue to her. Definitely wont be coming here, first and last time.

Aside from forgetting part of my order every time i go here,(i have been going here for over 10 years), last night me and my girl got food poisoning. I will never return. Just a tip, if they look busy its probably best to not eat there as they cant seem to keep up with their orders or even cooking the food properly....

I placed a catering order from this location for a meeting - the staff was extremely friendly and helpful via the phone. The order was delivered on time and was packaged really well. They provided plates, utensils, serving spoons, and plenty of extra salsas and salad dressings. Great experience!

First the employee forgot to give us our drinks so we had to go inside. We did get upgraded because of that but when we got home we didnt hve the creamy cilantro we asked for twice. And when I opened my ultimate bowl half of the avocado was roten. Pretty gross! Never going back there again..

Im not from Pomona, but out of all locations so far I have to say this Location has great Skillful Customer service and they smile when they take your order and thats a big plus. Food was delightful.

Great food good drink selection and modern seating and comfy seats. It was a little warn the day if my visit, abd the air conditioner wasnt cutting it. Other then that good visit.
