Apparently they are really good at filling online and phone orders... But they forgot how to serve customers in the restaurant. Empty restaurant and its a 25 min wait because of online orders. Hire a manager that knows how to actually manage... Ridiculous. I came back 10 months later... same thing. At least they gave me a coupon to say sorry this time. But seriously, the wait is insane, as they fill every other online or phone order before yours.

This food is crap. No flavor. Very bland. Should have gone to Panda Express. And 25 minutes to get it! Waaay overpriced on top of it. VERY disappointed. Agree, they seem to cater to online orders. Hello? How about the customers who walk in?

Love their house chicken! Service was great and the food came fast. Went around 6pm and not much of a wait. Others came in after me and seem to have waited a while for their food. Go early! Their cream cheese fried wontons are the best!
