Our company orders catering from them all the time and we have one of these nasty cafes in both of our building (Michelson and MacArthur). Let’s start with their crappy catering, tri tip has been raw the last 3 times we ordered it and they sent it again after we requested credit. One would think that they would have notes in their system for key account to keep the business. Now let’s move on to their make shift cafes in both of our buildings, its my understanding (from them) that NOTHING is made fresh at these locations, NOT EVEN the eggs that they serve every morning in their burritos. Everything is transported from their corporate office, which might explain why there are so many insects and spiders in their food. I had a spider in my potatoes that was still moving and alive in the container. My colleagues have had insects and bugs in their food and they’ve given them the money back for their food nothing more, nothing less. My complaint is not just the insects and spiders but the owner’s arrogance and how this was handled by the OWNER. It took him weeks before he called to rectify this knowing I was a key client and didn’t care. When he finally reached me he was rude and pompous throughout my rant of the spider. I sent them a picture of the creepy crawling my food and he could care less. It was almost as if he was used to these complaints. He offered me a gift card for $20.00; I was insulted after so much time passed and it was the principle between the money we spend there, the spider and his crappy unprofessional attitude. A few weeks later he offered another gift card that can only be used at one location which is absurd when you are a small business. None of this is about money although everything is INCREDIBLY overpriced to help him pay his high rent but its not even quality food. Its awful, we go there because it’s the only thing in our building but its pathetic. Not will only will I never step foot in his establishment but we will take our catering somewhere where the food is well kept, cooked thoroughly and customer s are treated like the number one priority not another dollar sign in his pocket. In total this matter was never resolved and I will be sure to tell everyone I know not to eat here because I question the handling of their food and do not want to get sick. (Which has also happened to many of us at times)

We were very disappointed with the actual food. The tasting food rated around 8.5 out of 10; but the actual food at the wedding was maybe 5.5. The cost was aligned with an 8.5 though. The Mesclun salad did not contain the same ingredients as the tasting - just not as much of the premium ingredients like fruit and nuts. The macaroni and cheese was bland while at the tasting it was superbly seasoned. The herb and garlic potatoes were also unseasoned. The steaks were all cooked medium well to well done, smaller and much tougher than the tasting. The chicken was also much smaller The food was cold by the time the last guests got theirs. We selected four appetizers. Only one came out in quantity. The others I saw one dish of one type and three of another and several of the third (the cheapest ingredients) . I may have missed some plates coming out, but not many. As the host I was one of first inline and immediate removed the top plate for being dirty. The second plate was also slightly dirty but I took it anyway. The first in line was parents of groom, who were told to select a chicken or beef entree. But I had paid for everyone to have chicken AND beef. There were no leftovers. In their defense it was holiday weekend and this may have been their B team; but it was very disappointing. However, the bartenders did a tremendous job. They also did a lovely jobs setting the tables and chairs. The table service was adequate at least at my table they kept glasses filled. Dinner was served buffet style. We had asked for the cakes to be cut and served at the guests table They somehow construed this to cut them and place them all on the table where coffee was being served without telling the guests. Several guests complained to me they did not get a piece of cake, yet we took home five whole uncut cakes. It was not a disaster. Everyone loved the wedding and the food was generally rated good in feedback, but not excellent. We were going for excellent when we hired what we thought of as a premium caterer.

I dont know why everyone is bitching about these guys. They where professional at my wedding and the food was amazing. Anyone reading the reviews, just keep in mind those are all personal opinions and honestly sounds to me like theyre hard to please. Just make a appointment, go see for yourself and decided from there.
