The school had an incident back in 08 where they were not aware that 3 children escaped from the preschool. This incident was not told to us when we registered our son and provided the registration fee of 100 dollars to hold his spot. Michele told my finance that the report was in the packet of materials to read at home. If we had known what the incident was and the fact it pertained to safety, we would have NEVER registered our son until we discussed it thoroughly between us and the director. My fiances called the school after reading the report and asked that they do not cash the check until we had time to think about it. Stephanie another staff member was very rude and said that the incident was disclosed to us before my fiance left which was not true. She wasnt even there!! We had to read about the incident and no explanation was provided to us during our tour of the school. They took our money and for a preschool associated with a church, they truly lacked integrity! I would not recommend this school. There are better ones in the area staffed with caring people that do not rip off parents searching for the right environment for their child.

I had a friend tell me about the 2 negative reviews on Google when they researched the school, so I thought Id share our thoughts. Our son has been at St. Andrews for just over a year now and weve had a great experience at the school. We too were concerned about the 08 incident, but after reviewing the changes to the gate systems and (more importantly) staff, we were confident that it would not happen again. The teachers and the director of the school have been very approachable and accessible with all our questions and concerns. Our son has developed quite nicely over the past year at St. Andrew’s. He was potty trained within a month of starting there. At dinner he tells us about the events of the day with his friends and teachers. His writing is coming along nicely and at night when going to sleep, hell routinely break out in song...’abcs’, ‘happy birthday’ (with a friend’s name inserted)...this week was rudolph the red nosed reindeer. We are very happy with St. Andrews Children Center.

Not a good school! I posted a long review on Yelp if you want all the details. Bottom line is if you get lucky & get all good teachers for the duration of your care then youll be fine. There are some loving teachers here, but quite a few that arent so nice. Check for any complaints under the license number as well. It seems for every good teacher there are 4 bad ones :( If I can stress anything to you... PLEASE check on your child unannounced periodically & you might be surprised what you see! Good luck with your search.

Had a similar experience like the previous review. Took my kid out in just a few hours.For a preschool associated with a church, they truly lack integrity!
