If youre shopping for a moving company, look no further than Two Men and a Truck. In your search for a moving company you must consider the cost per hour, the size of your home (how many rooms youre moving), and the size of furniture or appliances that may require more than two guys to lift and move. In addition, find out what size truck the moving company is suggesting based on your home, how many guys are being sent out to move you, the cost per hour, and the cost per extra men required for your particular move. In my search, I had originally booked another company that was going to be charging me less, but their estimated time was 4hrs maximum, using two moving guys and a 20ft truck. IF my move went over the estimated time, the rate would then increase to a higher rate than the original ate. I was referred to Two Men and a Truck by my realtor agent. When the arrangements were made using TMT, the estimated time, the number of guys moving me, and the truck size seemed far more reasonable and realistic. TMTs estimated time was 6hrs, but their time cost beyond the estimated time remained the same. In the end, it did take more than 6hrs and 6men to move my entire two story home and garage, but the rate didnt increase and the men took great care to wrap all my furniture and appliances so that nothing would be damaged in the moving process. The three guys who mainly moved me were Alejandro, Josh, and Armando. Alejandro, the main lead in the move, explained and walked me through the process of taking inventory of my home items, detailed lists of these items, labeling every item being loaded onto their trucks, and the wrapping of everything that wasnt boxed. Alejandro was very respectful and careful with all of my belongings. He made certain that his crew were well coordinated in handling all heavy items in teams so that my items were being moved safely and to avoid damaging items or injury to his crew. Alejandro, as the main contact person on moving day, is the perfect man for the job. His calm demeanor helps makes a very stressful experience all the more manageable for the client and his crew. He was personable and assured me that all I needed to do was just to sit back and relax while he and his crew did their job, and that is just how it felt...... relatively relaxing I will recommend Two Men and a Truck to all my friends !! Note: On the day of my move to my new place, the operations manager Ed Razo came by to make sure that my move was going smoothly and to gather customer feedback. He asked for my candid opinion of the moving experience experience with his crew and if there were any problems he needed to be made aware of. One of my appliances sustained some damage in the move, in addition to an irreplaceable side table that arrived with a broken leg. Ed quickly filled out paperwork and assured me that his company would resolve the matter within days. That same day he sent back Alejandro to take a report and photos of the damage. The next day, Ed sent Tony Bourne, who filled out additional paperwork to file a claim. He then made some calls to appliance and furniture repair places and within a day an appliance repair company provided and estimate of repair costs to TMT and my almost new fridge will have doors replaced and my table will be fixed and back to me within 3 weeks. Would definitely use 2 men and a truck again. Very reliable, friendly. They called and checked in to make sure everything was smooth and done well, which it was. Shane Cody and hunter were very effective, fast, and made sure to take care of all of our furniture. Only negative was When wanting to confirm, we had to call and leave two messages, then we tried to call again the next day and they answered and confirmed. This is a franchise so each location is independently owned and operated but seems like that doesnt matter as service was great at both locations we called. Was also nice that they gave you a Quote up front instead of having to come to your house and count things like a lot of other movers. Would recommend to anyone

What a terrific experience it was using Two Men And A Truck. Im told that next to death and divorce, moving is the most stressful life changing event. This company and its amazing people made it almost a breeze. It was not only a great value, but the superb office, moving and field staff made it as enjoyable and easy a process as was possible. We loved working with Anna, Ed, Jose and Jesse! Great service, great price, great options, kind, generous and caring people. This moving company is fantastic, what else can I say! I read all of the other companies horror stories from customers and decided to call Two Men And A Truck. This was hands down the best moving company I have ever used! Arrived on time, took great care with my belongings, arrived to the new home on time, carefully removed all items and placed them exactly where I asked, nothing lost, nothing damaged, kind, friendly and professional throughout the entire experience! Great service! Special thanks to both Hayden and John for taking care of the move. Our new home has 3 floors and both guys took all the boxes to their respected floors. Our washer/dryer were on the 3rd floor and these guys just moved it with no signs of hesitation and frustration. Even so, after the move and when they left, they came back around to give me a missed item. These guys are the BEST! Job well done! Looking forward working with them in the future. Had a great experience with Two Men and a Truck. Ours was just a small move within Pasadena from a one bedroom apartment to a storage facility but the two young men who showed up were courteous, efficient and very pleasant. Everything went off without a hitch and the level of professionalism made the day so much less stressful than it could have been. We would definitely use Two Men and a Truck again.

On two separate occasions they called me for a quote and I asked them to call me back in three minutes, giving me time to sit down in my office. THEY NEVER CALLED ME BACK! So I called them back and scheduled an on-site evaluation and they STOOD ME UP WITHOUT EVEN THE COURTESY OF A PHONE CALL. I never heard from then again. I would never use someone so unprofessional as they demonstrated.

I was amazed by my experience with Two Men and a Truck! I didnt feel pressured in the beginning to book right away from them and the girl who took my call was very knowledgeable. The three guys who moved me (Javier, Anthony and Little John) were prompt, polite, hard workers who made my move seamless. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family!
