Well, Let me just say,... The name of this automotive repair shop speaks for itself! INTEGRITY Automotive is the ONLY place to take your vehicle for maintenance or repairs,...PERIOD! We have both our pick up trucks regularly serviced at this superior shop. Here are a just few of the reasons: 1.) The owner, Joe, the office manager, Suzie and the other office staff and mechanics are completely honest and trustworthy. 2) Every maintenance/repair technician is an EXPERT at maintenance and repair. Everyone is very knowledgeable of any and every make or model of vehicle you may need serviced, and the work is completed in a timely manner. 3) The costs are reasonable, meaning this: The cost matches the quality. We fully understand and agree with the popular saying, "Good work aint cheap and cheap work aint good". Believe me, whatever the cost that is, you can rest, knowing that the quality will match and/or exceed the cost! We have and will always, without hesitation, refer everyone to Integrity Automotive!

I recently bought a Honda I found on craigs list and the very next day the engine light came on. I was in tears as the Mechanic I had was no longer around. Stressed out, I was driving down Lambert and saw INTEGRITY AUTO. I liked the name. I went home and opened the phone book and the 1st page I opened said INTEGRITY AUTO. I felt it was a sign and I liked the picture of the owner and his wife. I walked into the La Habra location and met the Owner Joe and I knew right away he will be my mechanic FOREVER. His wife Suzie is Just As AMAZING. PERFECT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Joe and his crew did an Outstanding job on my car. He explained in Detail everything, great prices and just an overall Outstanding Experiance. Within 2 hours I brought my Neon to him and sometime this month we will be bringin our other 2 cars to Integrity. If you are looking for the most HONEST AND BEST AUTOMOTIVE MECHANIC, Please take your cars to Joe and Suzie. They are the best!!!!!! Thanx Guys, Carmen & Steve

I took my Toyota in to have my spark plugs replaced. They only replaced 5 of the 6 plugs and did NOT tell me the remaining plug was stuck and wouldnt come out. They just left the old plug in. My car ran ok leaving the shop, but of course that old plug would soon go bad, and cause my engine to run rough. I took it to the Toyota dealer and they said that plug was never changed (they said it was previously tapped in with a heli-coil. and wouldnt come out under normal circumstances). They said it took their best mechanic 3 hours labor to remove THAT one plug. Integrity should have had integrity to tell me they couldnt get that one plug out. I would have been happy to pay for the extra work. They KNEW that very soon that plug would fail and cause my engine to start missing on one cylinder. They should be called No Integrity Auto

My husband and I have our old Nissan and Toyota for this shop to work on in the last 2 years plus. We have never experienced any disappoinment but joy and appreciation. The owner is very carefully run over with us the problems of our cars if there were any, their labor costs is much lower than "other places" wed used in the past. We love their professional attitude and their work ethic. They really live up to their name, "Intergrity".

Called this morning to ask if my car could be looked at. I explained I had some transmission problems, and would need to make plans for a rental car so I could get to and from work, so I asked how long it would be before my car would get looked at. The guy on the phone told me he "didnt have a crystal ball" and wouldnt give a straight answer about anything. Way to lose your business before even getting the customer in the door.

I have been using Integrity Automotive for around 15 years. Their forthright explanations, honest assessments and expertise have made the difference. When I have occasionally cut corners by going to "cheaper" or closer shops for seemingly routine maintenance, I often end up bringing the car to Integrity Automotive to fix the mistakes from the other shops. There is no mechanic I trust more.

We love you, Integrity Automotive! We changed our AAA membership from regular to "plus" just so wed have the ability to take our car the 60 miles to someone we know wont try to swindle us. Quick, reliable, affordable and MOST importantly, TRUSTWORTHY. Cant recommend enough.

I had a severe leak. I fully expected HUNDREDS of dollars for a new water pump. They told me it was a simple and common problem. $100 and we were good to go! And the charge for anti-freeze was cheaper than I could get it at Sams Club! I have a new service place for my cars!

They quoted me $300 for a repair, and when I picked up the car it was $50 less. When I asked why, they said, "We got done with it a little sooner than we thought, and we wont bill you for the difference." Truly the paragon of integrity. I highly recommend this place

Pros: + Fast service + Good communication (they actually call you!) + Seem to be honest. Cons: - Stealership pricing. Example; they wanted $107 to replace an accessory belt. This is like a 10 min job Ill do myself.
