I started taking yoga classes at the La Jolla studio a year ago. I loved coming to this studio, I wanted more classes on the schedule to accommodate my busy mom schedule, the owner was quick to add classes. I stopped going to La Jolla since I moved North and now with the Carmel Valley studio open, I am hooked! Again, I asked the owner for more classes to accommodate my schedule, again she said, of course! Wow, I am totally enjoying the variety of classes. My favorite so far is their new Tuesday class with Melissa Penza! This is a must class to take. It is an intro to Ashtanga. Melissa has got to be one of my favorite instructors at Elite Yoga. I gave this studio a try, and I am glad I did and I am forever taking class here. All the instructors I have taken class have this kindness about their teaching. My kids are doing teen yoga. I typically do not write reviews, but they really earned this one.

I moved to San Diego just for the summer and was so lucky to find these studios. I am in between both locations so have been going to both frequently and love them both. The teachers here are absolutely incredible and lead classes that are accommodating to any level of student. I really feel like Ive been able to grow my practice since coming to elite yoga. One of my favorite teachers, Charie, likes to say something along the lines of: we practice kindness to ourselves so we can then practice kindness in the world. Thats really stuck with me and is an intention I will continue to use in my practice moving forward. Ill really miss this place!

I have been practicing yoga for about ten years now. In many different yoga studios. I started going to Elite Yoga in La Jolla as soon as they opened and I was so impressed from the beginning. The studios are so nice looking and clean and everyone is so friendly! They take the yoga experience to a new level, its truly an amazing place! It is a very welcoming space for all people and all levels. I was so encouraged that I did their Teacher Training Workshop thought by Elite Yoga owner Alex Arias and I learned SO much!!! I am just so happy I found Elite Yoga and I highly recommend it to anyone and everyone out there!!

Womens Elite Yoga is the best yoga studio in my experience and opinion. The smaller intimate classes provide room to explore the postures and receive one on one assistance from the instructors. Not only are these instructors highly experienced, but they also truly care about their students and their students progress on their yoga journeys. The owner, Alex, is absolutely phenomenal and cares deeply about providing the best experience for every person who walks through the door. My practice has blossomed at Womens Elite Yoga and I would recommend it to anyone who practices any level of yoga.

My wife and I have been going to the Carmel Valley location for almost a year, and it is by far our favorite yoga studio in San Diego. We have tried out many other studios in the Del Mar/Sorrento Valley/Mira Mesa area, but none of them are a match for Elite Yogas professional, fun, and friendly staff. The teachers are very well trained and the price is very reasonable. The studio is spotless and auto-pay members can leave their mats there so no need to lug it around everytime. Highly recommend this studio!

Elite Yoga is fantastic studio. I have taken 20+ classes here with many teachers and have always had a fantastic experience. The teachers are warm and encouraging but I always leave class feeling the results of a great workout. The classes are always thoughtfully prepared and each class is different each week, so I never get bored. I have taken Vinyasa, Yin, and Yin/ Yang classes and plan to try several more.

After my first class at Elite Yoga in La Jolla, I knew this was a special place. The instructors are so welcoming and supportive to those who are just beginning their yoga practice and to those who have been practicing for many years. There is no judgement, only encouragement. People of all shapes and sizes and ages will be in the classes and I love that.
