crooks. I went in for ABS sensor repair/replacement and the guy told me parts could be about $300 apiece, but could get them for $100 each. He quoted me $260 for the repair with labor cost and then proceeded to ask for a $150 CASH deposit (??). I declined the cash deposit, and then he say "ok Ill order the parts anyway". I came back on my day off two days later expecting the part to be in... and, naturally, they were not. in fact he had not placed the order. He then proceeded to tell me that the price on parts went up and that he would also have to replace the brake pads as well (even though they were just done 4 moths ago). I then did my own brief web search for these Audi ABS brake sensor parts and discovered they are only $35 apiece. CROOKS! by all means, take your car there if your idea of good business practice in America is to rip people off.

Now, take my review with a grain of salt, as no service was needed or performed. I was riding my motorcycle to the beach, and remembered I had lowered my tire pressure a couple weeks ago and needed it raised. Being Monday, motorcycle places are closed. This was the first shop I found, since I didnt have cash for a gas station air line. I asked if I could adjust my air pressure, and he happily allowed me to. I pushed my bike up, he provided the air line and gauge, and I was on my way in a couple of minutes. He even let me do it myself, which is big for me. I appreciate him going out on a limb, letting me use the air line free of charge, and letting me do the work myself, despite the liberal liability bullsh!t so common today. He helped me out, and Im thankful for that!

I went to get my brakes checked. They said the parts to fix the rear rotors and pads would be 300 dollars for the car. I went to the auto parts store and got them for 100 dollars for both rear wheels. They replaced the parts but broke the seal on my rear caliper. The minute i left the shop my brake pedal went all the way to the floor. When i returned they took the wheel off and showed all the fluid leaking out.. they said it must have happened because the calipers are old.. they were not leaking before because i saw them take the wheels off and the whole area around the brakes was dry. Judging from the other story here. They must do this all the time.

Brought my car her for a coolant issue. I told them my coolant was boiling after driving for a short distance, they performed a coolant flush and checked the radiator fans, etc. My car still has heating issues, but they said it should be OK. I explained this never happened before and they just told me to bring it back if I still have problems. Obviously, my car is still having problems, but no way I am taking it back there again for anything. Avoid this place.

Went to another place had my car alignment done. I knew the first time the other place left it wrong. Went back had my car for a whole day and still was all over the road. Finally came into brake masters had them check it and not surprised alignment was off. Thanks Larry at brake masters for fixing my alignment.

Bad service, I call for a oil change and ask for how much , they told me $38+tax usually I pay $35 but usually look a emty place and I thought fast service , I ask how long and the guy told me just bring it in, I got to the place and he told I would take 1hour 30min, the place was emty as usual…

I have had my oil changed on all three of my cars here for years, they always honor coupons and the service is so fast and very friendly. I go across the street to the 99 cent store shopping and the car is always done when I return. Generally 15-20 min tops.. Great job guys!!

I was expecting a costly brake repair wheb I brought it in. Instead, I was told everything was okay and Larry explained what the issue was with my car. So essentially he gave me a free brake inspection. In my limited experience this is an honest place to take your car.

Crooks. Went in for a coolant change, my car ended up sputtering and barely even went past 2nd gear. Looked into it and found that my air intake hoses were lose. That doesnt just happen. had to spend an hour tightening them.
