Owner has a way of customer feel being talked down & shaken down. Went there for the cheap oil change coupon bait then turns around & tells you things that you do not necessarilly need done. Air Filter is still clean ( 80% of its orig. color is still white fiber) & already want me to replace it. Told me the transmission oil is dirty & needs flush when its not ( rebuilt transmission has only 30000 miles, oil is still reddish on the bottom dipstick & I didnt see a smudge of carbon or debris. I need an honest & fair asessment or this place will loose more customers. I know its subjective & we all need to put food on the table but please be factual. This is a bad car checkup. I should know what Im talking about, having a degree in mechanical engineering. And one dont need a degree to know & see the obvious.

PLS READ!! Lets see took my car to get a starter installed and they charged me an outrageous prince for something that should have taken 5 min and the part was already in my possession. Then I pick my car up later and the "new owner" tells me that my motor mounts are bad which he tried to show me but all he did was burn out in my car... Not to mention the tire marks that were left on the floor infront of the shop and the thread of my tired was worn down a little. THEY WERE BURNING OUT IN MY CAR!!!! Will never trust or go back to this place ever. Would have done this myself but it died right infront of their shop at farmers and I didnt have a lift. Could have saved 120 dollars doing so

Great service with good prices. 1995 Dodge Van SLT Conversion, Needed new tires, a new fuel pump inside the gas tank, smog check and cert, oil change, complete tune up, and the idler arm ruined the previous tires, serviced the AC, all my problems were corrected. Took the old van on a 2K mile trip not a single problem. Recommend this shop to my friends who are looking for a good mechanic to keep your clunker rolling. You can get an oil change cheap anyplace, but if you need serious repairs these are the people to do it for you.

This place is horrible, went to have some Eibach springs put on, first the guy tells me its going to be $60 each side I thought it sounded low but I said ok anyways. They get half way through and then he comes and tells me its going to be 60 dollars each spring. Then when they get through with it I pull out of the lot get about one block up and my front driver side tire flys off!!!!!! I get the car back to the shop then I had to wait all weekend for them to fix the damage they caused. Just bad service all around ...

VERY RUDE!! He told me a price/quote for Smog Change and I asked him to break it down since it was more than I expected. He told me to pay it or go somewhere else. I said excuse me? He threw paper at me and said Pay amount or go somewhere else. Very unprofessional. I will be calling corporate on this and never coming back.

Terrible terrible service. I asked questions about my vehicle, they couldnt even answer. How are they suppose to fix it!? Very unprofessional. Go somewhere else. This place is definitely not worth it. I would empty my pockets going to a dealership mechanic before going to this "purrfect auto".
