My daughter, Brittany, recommended Ken as a mechanic for my 2009 Toyota Prius. I brought my car into to him for regular maintenance at 140,000 miles. Ken gave me a call a few hours later letting me know there were several things wrong with the car and quite pricey problems. He told me to bring my car to the Toyota dealer and they should still have it under warranty. Yep, 15 year or 150,000 miles and the catalytic converter was repaired with one other item for free!!!! $2000 of repairs Ken could have easily charged me.. I would have never guessed a warranty would still be in effect on my car. Today my car is back with Ken, the man I trust because of his complete honesty with me, getting the other maintenance items repaired. I will recommend Ken and his shop in Laguna Hills to all my daughters, their husbands and all my friends and family!! I have never met a mechanic so honest, fair and knowledgeable. Thank you, Ken!! We will be back!!

I first met Ken at Caspian Motors 3 years ago when he refurbished the battery of 2004 Toyota Prius. The repair was unexpected and I was short on cash. Ken suggested we repair some of the cells in the main battery, which should keep the car running for about a year. That repair lasted 3 years. Last month when the rest of the battery had been depleted I immediately had my car towed 70 miles to get it to Ken who did a great job getting me back on the road. If the red triangle light on your Prius is on or it is running sluggish give Ken a call, he is the Prius whisperer.

Ken is the best. Wont take my car any place else. I am a first time Prius owner and just purchased a used Prius. I brought it to Ken for an inspection. He is knowledgable, friendly, listened to all my concerns and explained everything I needed to know. His prices are great and I love that he is on my side and going to bat for me against dishonest dealers and vendors. I was referred to Ken and Caspian Motors by a friend. I had my wifes Siena serviced there first (break job and engine gaskets). It cost me half the Dealers estimate, and the job was very well done. Ken reported what needed to be looked into, but suggested what was necessary at the time, and he’s been like that since. He is very trustworthy and easy to work with which makes rest of my family very comfortable dealing with him directly. Second time I took my beloved 2005 Prius (over 135K miles) to Ken for maintenance work (drive belt replacement). He finished the job very efficiently and proficiently. My cars MPG seems to have improved quite a bit after this maintenance work. Ken also did a great job with replacing my coolant flow control valve in an earlier service due to the check engine trouble code P1121. Ken definitely took great care of my Prius through and through. Will be seeking his expertise again for future maintenance work.

Ken, is à rare find in the repair world! He has always been up front and honest. I first discovered Kens shop on Google a long time ago when the local Toyota dealer told me my brake pads needed to be replaced. Wanting a second opinion I went to see Ken, after checking them he said they still have a decent amount of life left on them. I drove away and have been coming here since. Ken has a small shop that does great work at reasonable prices. He is punctual, does repairs quickly, and takes the time to explain the work needed and why. You wont go wrong taking your car here for repair, as I took my 2006 Prius in and was very happy with his work! Very honest, and as others have said, doesnt try to push additional services on you. A very down to earth guy! Very refreshing!

Its always nice to get the job done by someone who really knows what hes doing! If you have an issue with your hybrid so dont waste your time and money somewhere else because this is the place to fix your car professionally and with a reasonable cost.
