The way that the manager treats their stylist is absolutely horrible. Apparently if you buy products from your stylist they dont always get the commission from it. I am an esthetician and if I didnt get credit for something that I worked hard to sell to a client (ESPECIALLY if I feel like they need it and will benefit from it) I would be livid. They are giving a reason for stylists to be lazy and profit from those who work hard and actually want to help people get the best products for their hair.

Today I walked in, and received the worst service ever!! The lady that was gonna cut my hair was trying to sneak in a blow dry, and I told her I didnt want a blow dry, so she said "then I cannot cut your hair ". When I realized that she was starting to argue with me, I then walked out with my dad. They lost a customer!!!

Wouldnt go back. They cant do a simple faid. They left his hair a bit long at the bottom looks like he has a rat tail. Didnt line him up. They had a whatever kind of attitude. Kind of apologized for the long wait but didnt seem sincere.

Asked for a simple pixie cut. Once I was done I had uneven hair and bad fringe. Dont go to here, save money and time. Take your hair somewhere else.

They always underestimate their wait times. Theyve told me 20 min and its been 50 min quite regularly. But my hair looked alright at least
