I had such a great experience at the Christophe hair salon yesterday! I am not from the area, and looked at some reviews before I went- it was exactly how I expected and more based on the 5 star reviews I read prior. The salon is very clean with white interior. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming. ASHLEY was my hair colorist and was able to accomodate me with a same day appointment. She was very sweet, explained the whole process as to what she was doing. I felt very comfortable with her working on my hair, as if I had known her all my life. My hair was an orangy color with different bars of colors throughout and she was able to get it a nice rich brown (The exact color I was hoping for). DORAH did my cut and style. She was fantastic! took time to cut my hair and added some long layers. I couldnt believe how healthy my hair looked and felt after leaving! Although the salon is a little pricier (medium range), it is worth it for the quality in service. The staff are very professional and take pride in there work. They recommended different products for my hair and I was extremely impressed by the whole experience. I would highly recommend them!

Hair Stylers are good. However, there is an employee there by the name of Valerie (blond hair) she is evil. She opened an aluminum foil and took insects or such and placed them in my hair. Then she went to tell the hair colorist that there were bugs in my hair. He was surprised because all my hair was clean except the exact area where she touched my scalp. Luckly the stuff she put were already dead due to the summer heat and being placed in the aluminum. Also she placed something inside my tea. It is not her job to interact with the customers hair or bring them drinks. The guy doing my hair told me not to drink the tea that Valerie brought and he went to make a new cup of tea. Valerie is an evil person. I do not know her full name. She should be fired.

Worlds Greatest Salon I have ever been too. Been coming here for almost 3 years to see the best colorist around Jimmy Salazar. 5 star service. I highly recommend everyone to come here. Top of the line products for you hair and service. And omg will you fall in love when you get your hair shampooed. Wonderful scalp massage that will put you at ease.

I always feel like a VIP here. They take such good care of me. I go to Sophia and she is always so sweet and does such a great job with my hair. She always know what I want. I probably could come in and sit down without saying a word and I would walk out with exactly what I was looking for. I know Im in good hands when I come here.

Amazing Went in asked for a hair dye I said look natural I was out in a few hours with the most gorgeous color They knew exactly what to do and what I wanted By far the BEST place I have ever been to Beyond my expectations Excellent !! To bad I live 12 hours north !!

If you want the BEST, go to Mateo at Cristophe in Beverly Hills. I used to model years ago in Europe and for well known fashion houses and also for Loreal in Paris. Mateo is an artist and his hair cuts are the best I have ever had on the planet! BOOK MATEO!

They treated my hair so poorly, so much hair was pulled out, not to mention they didnt even use conditioner. Very unprofessional, and Im so upset I spent so much money to pay for all the damages theyve done to my hair and scalp. Im NOT happy!

Tanya and Jennie are awesome. The salon is clean the staff is friendly and I always leave looking and feeling amazing. The product they use is great. My red stays put forever.. Not easy to accomplish. Love them
