I decided to get my haircut at this location in June, 2014. I decided to give this place the benefit of the doubt. Who knows, maybe different people would make a difference. WRONG! Their customer service is as horrible as it has ever been, maybe even worse. I walked in there and told them that my haircut was uneven; it was very noticeable- one side was longer than the other. Because it had been more than 7 days (policy for correcting unsatisfactory haircuts), they did not want to correct their mistake. They had me walk out with uneven hair, implying that I was lying; they said that I could have gone somewhere else and gotten it cut, and then showed up there to get a free correction. I tried to reason with them, but I got rude attitudes from two ladies that were there even though I was being polite. They are very unprofessional; the lady I looked at while I commented that it was her who gave me the haircut got very insulted. She gave me a very angry look, and when the system finally confirmed it was her she did not even apologize for the mistake. She looked at me very angrily, and said that if I wanted her to give me a haircut it would be 16 dollars. I tipped the lady $7 for a very incompetent haircut on top of the $16 they charge! If you want a good hair cut, please do not waste neither your time nor your money.

Just spent a hour and a half waiting for my husband to get his hair cut and we still walked out. We came in and gave our name the stylist said it would be a 25 min wait..... We sat down and they proceeded to take 6 people ahead of my husband.... Worst service possible absolutely no respect for waiting customers. An hour and thirty min later we walked out because both stylists on duty were in absolutely no rush to get to the next person waiting. Will not be returning to say the least!

Awesome place!!! Not a mean bone in this place..They cut my daughters hair just how we asked..but better..I highly recommend this place. The tall young male receptionist was also very awesome!!!! (Kristine or Christina) is the name of the girl who cut my daughters hair but everyone in there was such a pleasure

Poor Customer Service. Signed in for cut and color with Sarah. Waited patiently for 30 minutes only to be told she had to leave at 3:00 ( it was 2:20 ) and couldnt do it, but I could come back another day.

4/23/16 Asked for a trim and clean up the long layers, and not too much off of my shoulder-length hair. Left in tears with about 1 1/2 inch layers all over. Dreading going to work tomorrow. :(

Very poor customer service. Lazy and unprofessional. Ignore the customer while talking about leaving. The cut was terrible! I would not take my pet to this place! Never again!

Great haircuts. I am not one to love to talk during a haircut so I dont mind if Im not constantly engaged it conversation, Im more comfortable that way. Staff is friendly.

This place is located in the middle of a large group of stores, and was pretty much impossible to find. Didnt even see a sign on the street for it..
