I went on Sunday Afternoon at 2 o clock for hair cut. First i observed was, very unprofessional staff!! After me sitting for 10 minutes, an old Asian lady come to me - and ask very rude manner - Hair cut? I was like, yeahh!! Then i requested her to see if they have my records in their system what kind of hair cut i generally have at super cuts - as i have been to various saloons of super-cuts and they maintain your record via your phone-number. She said very bluntly WE DONT HAVE SUCH SYSTEM. Then i said, thats fine i will explain you again. She said com in, and sit on the chair. I kindly tried showing one picture of mine and wanted to request her the specific types of hair cut. She rudely said again - SIT FIRST. I was like calm down lady!! And then before i even explain her, she asked you want tiny, medium or long. I said medium but i specifically wanted her to do Scissors Cut and not wanted the machine cut, but she ended up using machine. SHE DID SUCH A BAD JOB i cant even explain. I was mad. She was not able to understand what i was trying to say. She was not good at her job. That old lady was rude, manner less and she just wanted to wind up the job in 5 minutes. I would never on earth go to this place again!!

I should have never went here and made the 30min trip to my usual barber. Showed the lady a previous picture of What I wanted my hair to look like and still butchered it. Half way thru the haircut, I asked her to stop. She said I didnt let her know how high to go up....I guess a picture is not worth a thousand words. Simple put, I walked out half way thru my cut. I did offer to pay for my botched cut but she said its ok. I highly recommend you go elsewhere if you are a male and want a decent cut. There were two other women there, possibly they knew how to do a better cut. Supercuts, that was my last visit to you. Gentlemen, I highly suggest and recommend you go else where; I know I am headed there now to fix whatever little hair I have left after the first cut.

It was just ok. If were all referring to the same old Asian lady, I dont think she was rude, I think thats how she talks, like fast & interrupt. No biggy, she got the job done ok. Always a wait here, they get busy & walk ins only. Be sure to buy the hair care products here bc its actually cheaper than Sallys. Ive been to better supercuts & also noticed the chains dont take as much time with ur hair as an actual family owned salon.

I like going here, I get a consistent cut each time. I always have to tell the stylist to go shorter, so I just add it into my details. if I really want an inch, I have to say I want 1.5 inches. They always seem to not cut it as short as I want it, so I learned how to make it work.

Trusted the girl and she gave me an awesome new cut! Only reason i didnt give them 5 stars is because they didnt tell me that the price didnt include shampoo nor style! And they are each added on separately! Which is weird to me.

Boyfriend went there for just A TRIM and the dumb lady whipped out a buzzer, which she clearly didnt know how to use because she didnt attach the things on right, and she basically buzzed his hair off. DO NOT GO.

My daughter is very picky when it comes to cutting her hair and she is very happy withhow they cut her hair here, no matter what she will continue to come to this particular supercuts

Worst haircut of my life I wasnt there for more 10 minutes and she was already finish with my haircut and ended looking really bad I have to go fix it tomorrow somewhere else

Decent haircut. $20 though. Mainly I go because its close to me, isnt randomly closed or too busy like small places, and has a low wait. I dont like having my time wasted.
