I was so excited to come to Tivoli!! I had been waiting months. My experience was such a disappointment. I only share here in hopes that those in the Salon will work to make changes for the better. It had been months since I had my hair cut. I wanted at least and inch if not more cut off. I told the stylist what I wanted, height on top, frame my face, make it shorter and give me layers in back. My stylist had her own idea of what she wanted for me. Somehow no matter how much I told her I needed it to be shorter to brighten my face she just couldnt make that happen. She put many products in my hair which just didnt work. After almost 2 hours she called me done, saying it looked cute. I was done! When my daughters saw me they asked if I had gone to my hair appointment. Thats how bad it was. It was like an air cut, not much difference. Now I am looking for another place to get my hair cut. I wanted this to be the place that I could return every month and have it done, get color, etc. But alas I shall have to find another Salon. Sorry Tivoli! My suggestion would be to listen more carefully to what the customer wants than trying to just style the way the stylist likes best, unless the customer asks the stylist to do that.

Salon Tivoli is the most beautiful salon I have ever stepped into. You feel at home right away. All the staff and stylists are extremely helpful and friendly. I would recommend this Salon to everyone I know:)

I have had very hit or miss experiences here and had haircuts range in price by $20. Unless youve got a very styled haircut, stay with your small shop barber.
