VERY BAD ! I will never be going there again for a Keratin treatment or any haircut.I had a Keratin treatment and I couldnt let my hair down even for one day.The frizz was so bad. I did not ask for a refund instead asked for help with fixing the frizz. When they couldnt help me I tried to get a hair cut so at least I could have a decent pony tail. The owner didnt take ay ownership for the mess-up with the treatment instead I was charged an extra $50 for the hair cut. So much for going back to get it fixed. NEVER AGAIN!! It was my worst experience and I wasted a total of 4 hours, made 3 trips and paid $350 for this misery.

My daughter got her hair cut here and when we got home we realized that they had cut it completely uneven. There was about an inch in difference between the left and right side. I called in to see if they could fix it, and the lady on the phone was rude and said that they would charge me to re-cut it. They messed up her hair, and instead of them fixing their mistake, I was told I would have to pay for a completely new haircut... Bad experience!

Been going there for years, 3 mins from my house, they have highly skilled stylist, friendly and its easy to make an appointment. Love it there! Also Marika is my main go to stylist snd shes is great, but when shes booked, theyve always gotten me in with another stylist, so they are all fantastic. Everyone does such a great job :)

I have had my hair done by a few different stylists at Acacia. I have a simple haircut, but I am still very particular about the angles. When my expectations are communicated thoroughly the stylists are very accommodating and get the haircut exactly correct. The staff have always been friendly.

I recently got my hair cut and colored by Alyssa. I cant say enough wonderful things about her. I have very course hair and she made it look fabulous. I would recommend anyone and everyone to go get their hair done by Alyssa:) I will definitely be coming back! I found my forever hair stylist!

I have to move out of the area, but wanted to write a review saying how much Ive enjoyed the visits and cuts/color I received from Acacia Salon - and Holly, in particular. Shes a wonderful lady who always gave me the cut that worked best for me. Highly recommend.
