I get my hair cut in the salon in the back of Ulta. Julieann is awesome and always does a great job on my hair. The store is usually clean and well stocked. The employees are helpful and friendly. The prices are going to be higher than your local drug store because they care high quality brands (like Bare Minerals and Urban Decay). If you join their rewards program, you can get exclusive coupons, earn points that you can exchange to pay for your purchase, and a free gift on your birthday.

I usually love Ultas. But this place literally stopped me at the door on my way out and made me show them the ENTIRE contents of my purse, IN FRONT OF EVERYONE, and said they saw me steal something and put it in my purse. When they saw they were mistaken, I didnt even get so much as an apology. Never going back there.

The makeup is awesome, the manager was rude looking me up and down. I was planning on spending over 200 here but because I asked her questions she seemed to get mad about giving customer service. She just seemed like she didnt want to be here. Thanks you made it clear for me I will be ordering online from now on.

Took my daughter to Ashley for purple hair. Great experience she took her time and made sure her hair not only came out right but wasnt damaged in the process. We will both be going here and to Ashley for our hair. Couldnt be happier great place the other stylists were wonderful as well.

Definitely cool to have an Ulta near me. I used to go to Sephora all the time at Oakridge to get my stuff when I want to buy more expensive brands. Ulta has expensive and cheap brands. It is good to have both. It is a nice store and also its new. The staff are nice and helpful.

We stood there for over 15 minutes waiting for someone to help us and when we finally got someone it seemed like it was an inconvenience to help us. The manager was not very nice. Overall, the service was awful and the employees were rude.

Cannot get a convenient appointment time. When I asked what color was used on my previous visit so that I could take that information with me to another salon, they refused to provide me with that information. Will not be going back!!

Sometimes you shop there and get great service. Some days you go and the chicks completely ignore you except the ones shouting hello to ya when you walk in. Its hit or miss with this place, but I go here cause I live so close.

This store is way better in terms of stock. I found many many products that I had been looking for at this store. Only drawback, they didnt have some of the popular palettes for trial.
