When they first opened the quality of their work was great and their hospitality was as well. However, now that they have business that has really changed!! They are always busy and now their quality sucks! Their prices are high and I didnt mind paying it for a good job! Recently I got a full set of acrylic nails and it hasnt even been 4 days and they have broken! Twice! The first time I went in on Thursday and they fixed it I understood! Things like this happen but now the second time I am really questioning their quality of work.. Especially because the guy blamed me and it being my fault for breaking it! I am not new to having acrylics on and I know when I myself break a nail vs. the nail breaking!!! While the guy worked on my nails he constantly got up to help other customers and worked fast to try and finish so he could help another lady in the salon with her set as well. Now, I sit here for the second time on Friday so they can fix my nail once again!! Waiting 30 minutes!! HONESTLY I DO NOT RECOMEND COMING HERE FOR ACRYLICS!! I used to RECOMEND this place to my friends but I would NEVER DO THAT AGAIN!! NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN! They lost a frequent cuatomer with this insident!

Im never coming back here I went to "sock them off" and get a new set and the lady that did my nail she was hurting my nails and I was telling her it was hurting and she didnt listen to me and made me bleed and she did them really wide and it cost a lot I recommend royals nails salon there awsome and they treat you better I only came here cuz royals was close

Always come here to get my mani and pedi. My nails last longer here (gel) than anywhere ive been. Everything is clean and the owners are really nice and always teaching their employes new techniques and improvements. Which is great to see. I cant say enough great things. P.s. make an appointment Fri and sat they are always busy for the coming weekend

I made an appointment today for 12:30pm and they scheduled me for 12pm. Off to a bad start. The receptionist had a lot of attitude but that changed when I paid. The lady that did my nails didnt speak English so It was awkward trying to make small talk. Although she did a thorough job. Im happy with my gel mani.

Ive been to almost every nail salon in Gilroy and this is by far the most hospitable one in town. They are awesome!!! Came in for a fill and pedicure. For the pedicure they use disposable plastic liners so you know your tub is clean and sanitary.
