came in here saturday 6/18/2015 to get a haircut and stock up on makeup.. thought i liked my hair cut until i got home, washed it and dried it.. my layers were ridiculous. looks like my toddler chopped my hair. the hair stylist was super nice and sweet, think her name was aaron.. but she obviously dsnt have that much experience.. i now have to find another hair salon and get my hair redone because i cant walk around with my hair looking like this. the manager that was on duty wasnt polite at all. i needed help in the makeup dept and basically from what he told me i was on my own.. the lady that had 3 minutes left on the clock was super nice and sweet. asked her a couple makeup questions and she answered them even though manager was on her tail that her time was up.. i proble wont be back to this ulta location. didnt get the greatest service

Danika was wonderful. My sister and I called to make a same day appointment for full highlights and she was happy to fit her in. When we got there I asked if there was anyway to get a trim and she fit that in too! she made us feel comfortable and was open to our ideas. She told us exactly how everything would turn out she was honest on what it would do to her hair.(Her hair was already damaged). It was a comfortable environment even though it was very busy. my sisters Hair turned out amazing! better than Danika even described it was great. my hair islong and curly and she did a great job on the cut Im usually not very happy with my hair after and I couldnt wait to show my friends. Kayla whipped up some pretty colors I would recommend her as well. We will definitely be back.

If you want to leave here with still hair on your head !! this is not the place to go terriable , I came here because its Ulta they have the best WRONG ! Getting a hair cut by a new stylist is scarry as it is ! ! ! Disappointed big time wont ever get a hair cut here its very pricey too , it was like throwing money away REALLY!

Went here with my partner, and sat in a long line for 20 min with one person on checkout and a bunch of sales people hanging about not helping customers. This store could use basic operations improvements, and the experience really was souring.

Went to exchange our contour pallets for a different color and cashier was rude and was not helpful. We asked if there was a different color and she kept saying "idk". Didnt want to offers assistant. Her name is Alice.

Open products? They just let ppl open and test products in the store. U could be buying a half empty product. Umm I dont want to buy used skincare products.... horrible
