I came home to find my front door would not open. I then quickly found out my back door wouldnt open either. I called Security Lock and Key at 4:06 to see if someone could come out. I asked if they could call before someone came out so I could secure my dog. While I was waiting someone came to my driveway honking. I went to see who it was and when I got back I saw that a technician had called at 4:23. I called back at 4:28 and it went to voice message. I left a message and waited. Not knowing where they were coming from I waited unit 4:55 to call again. Glenn answered and said that he thought I would have called right back and now had no time for me. I told him I did call back but no one answered. He said he could not get to me until the next day. Needless to say I was VERY angry. I then called Pauls Safe, Lock and Key and they were out by 5:10. Paul got me in safe and sound. Thanks Paul, no thanks Glenn
