My husband & I had flown to Seattle from Sacramento. Upon our return when we attempted to unlock our new car, the FOB would not work. We were at a loss as to how to get in to our car. Fortunately for us, we had seen the locksmith van assisting another disabled car in the lot. My husband walked over and spoke to the locksmith Rick Shields. When he finished with his first customer, he drove over to my car. He was able to find the hidden key inside the FOB, he was able to unlock our car. Our problem turned out to be a dead battery. Mr. Shields took the time to reposition his van and jump start our car. He went out of his way to assist us in our "crisis". Mr. Shields was so very nice. We would highly recommend his service to anyone in need.
