on a Saturday morning, i called another company listed on google first, before calling outlock locksmith, and the guy came out after the dispatcher told me it was $20, plus $35. the guy looks at my door and says its now $200...i told him no way forget it. then he tried to charge me the $20 service fee. I told him take it up with the dispatcher because i told him it was a business door and he never told me it could be more then $55. i got in my car and just drove off. i then went back on google and searched again and called OutLock Locksmith. Eli showed up with in 20 minutes (my business is located in folsom) in a truck with company logos on it (the other guy had no branding on car) and he looks at the door and says no problem, and it was the same price he told me on the phone, nothing more. He also verified i was the owner of the business which made me feel more secure about who he was. 10 or so minutes later, he had the door open. He also made the lock match a key to another door in 5 minutes. Eli saved the day and my companys operations could resume as normal. Not only did he only charge me what he said he would charge me and not try to charge me more, i gave him part of what the other guy would have gotten for the service fee as a tip. Use Eli and beware of these other guys who have multiple numbers, but same company....especially if they give you 2 prices. thanks Eli, you saved the day! I will recommend you others!

Great job! Moved my sister into an older house that had 5 different keys on the various bolts, handles, screen door, and sliding door - many of which were sticking and difficult to operate. Eli figured out way to have all front door locks use same key and turn smoothly, then got sliding back door and garage key use a different key. Then made 4 sets and fixed garage door to close properly (formerly did not catch right). Now all works great and my sister feels safe and secure in her new place. Thanks much!
