At first, I thought this was an exceptional gym, sadly I was wrong. The gym tries to get you on a contract that no matter what, you cannot cancel. Unless of death or moving somewhere where you cant access the gym, you can cancel your membership. We were told my family can join our gym, so I brought them in and we spent over 2 hours going through the process. After, we were thrilled that we decided to go for a swim. The next day I get a call from Barbara Kiedrowski in services, telling me that I cant be part of the family plan they have at Twin Arbors. Mainly because Im not blood. This enraged us, why would you tell customers a plan that can be done and take up their time to just tell them that they cant after all. Horrible service, Kiedrowski didnt even apologize for what occurred or even attempted to help us fix the issue. Simply, she just told me that we cant do what were told after an employee told us it can be done. Avoid this place, they dont value their customers.

Its got a pool outside and inside..need I say more? Has a bunch of racket ball courts inside and the equipment seems ok..i mostly swim..has a indoor basketball court too..the pool outside needs a lil TLC on the edges..we pay a lot of money a month too be members for it not too be in good repair.

my favorite health club!!! :) I love twin arbors. All three locations in Lodi have different things to offer. :) I love how friendly everyone is - the staff and the members! Its a fun, family-oriented place and great for people of all ages!!! :) wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Badly maintained equipment. When it breaks takes weeks to fix. I pointed out several pieces of equipment that were not working properly, they did nothing until it finally broke and then left it unfixed for weeks. One piece took 3 months to repair .

A really nice place, but for a family of 7 with daycare the price was outrageous. Although if they opened one in Galt ca. Identical I would pay full price.

I did the slow motion water class with Deb. Very fun! Going back for tredmill. 2 week pass. I cant afford it right now.

Large gym with racquetball, 2 pools, basketball gym, sauna, cardio and weight room. Great membership for the price.
