My friends say I am crazy. I call myself an exercise enthusiast! I am very happy to have found John Garey Fitness. I started out with the two week special and I am hooked. Such a variety of classes and highly qualified teachers. I know because I used to be a personal trainer and have just a little bit of experience taking classes, sometimes three classes a day. The facility is clean, classes are well organized and timely, all staff and trainers are friendly and attentive. My favorites are JGX train, spin and boot camp but all the classes are good. Whatever your level of fitness, this is the place to go. Everyone mixes in well and there is more than enough classes to keep you challenged and interested. I look forward to attaining my next level of fitness.

John Garey Fitness is amazing. I highly recommend it for spinning and pilates. I have been a member now for over 6 months and I am hooked. Ive lost weight and everyone tells me I look great. The instructors are knowledgeable and well-trained. They get to know you personally and will motivate and encourage you. They really care about each of their clients. They are serious about your fitness versus the "chain" gyms that only want your monthly membership dues. It is super clean, the equipment is new and in good shape and it is not overcrowded like other gyms and fitness centers. Since you register for classes ahead of time, you always have a spot in a class. You feel great after your workout. I cant say enough good things about John Garey Fitness.

This studio is amazing. They offer so many wonderful classes, and John is an amazing teacher. They have a great price point and all of the staff is really helpful and very nice! I will totally recommend them to anyone looking to get into a fitness routine or personal training, pilates, spinning, etc.

JGP has been one of the most positive experiences in my life. I was not involved with athletics growing up. So keeping in shape now is a priority. You do a good job of refreshing the programs in the classes. It keeps the clients from boredom and challenges us all.
