I did my free class 4/3/17 w/my neighbor. We had a good workout. We both are dragging this morning so it must have been the workout. Wed join but it is just too expensive at the Long Beach, Ca location. Its not a gym so you dont get any of the amenities of a gym. You cant go whenever you want like a gym, just the scheduled classes. So, at $79/mo for 4x a month is costly. They charged my friend $30 for a class since she used her free class elsewhere already. Yikes!

I like that its a very positive environment, and that you can work on your own pace but also are encouraged to challenge yourself without being singled out by an overly aggressive trainer. The stats are also a key for me because you can actually see where you are improving. My relatives in San Jose have been in love with OTF for a couple years now and I am glad they encouraged me to join.

This is by far one of the best workout classes Ive ever been too. I felt like I accomplished so much in an hour and their interval style made sure I was never bored. The best part was that after my workout I got e-mailed a summary of my calories, heart rate, and accomplishments. I cant wait to go back

Highly engaged coaches throughout the session! Yes theyre yelling out directions and whats coming next but theyre also making connections with individuals, making corrections and modifications as well as motivating the group as a whole.
