I live in a moderately sized 3 bedroom apartment with 2 other guys. Were typically not very "dirty" but maybe messy/disorganized...however over the previous 3-4 weeks, we had sort of let the place go more than normal. We decided to try a cleaning service for the first time. We came across MaidThis, checked out the website and liked how easy it was to set up a time. We booked online the night before, they showed up at 11am the next day. I happened to have the day off and met the cleaners when they arrived, who were all friendly and got right down to business. I hung out in my room for about 90 mins watching TV while they cleaned. When I came out, I laughed - in a good way. It was a different place. I actually took a short video and a few pictures and sent them to my roommates. Pricing was fair, set-up was easy, cleaners were on-time, quick, and thorough. I admittedly dont have another cleaning service to compare against, and I wasnt sure how this was going to work being a first-timer....but we thought MaidThis was great...and my roommates and I have since set aside a monthly "MaidThis" budget.

They did a great overall job with the cleaning itself & I got what I paid for which wasnt very much for a move out/deep clean, so no major complaints here. They were 45 minutes late which was annoying because I had another appt. I asked if there was anything they didnt do (ovens, cabinets, fridge, walls) and they said no, but they did not do the oven, cabinets or walls. I had another appt and had to come back 2.5 hours after they started at which point they were gone because they said they had other appointments, so I wasnt able to point those things out. Definitely was not a "complete" move out service as we spent another 8 hours cleaning the next day, but I wasnt really expecting it for the price. Good news is we got our full security deposit back. Would definitely use them at my new place for general cleaning. Thanks!

Terrible! I have no idea how this place got good ratings? The ladies arrived 2.5 hrs late and when they arrived they said they wouldnt do certain part of the house. I then had to go through the process of calling management. After 20 minutes of arguing back and forth she said she would send the team back tomorrow because the apartment was vacant and had no electricity yet. I decided to come back the following afternoon to check on the work and realized not only did they leave my Empty apartment dirtier than it was (mind you, the lady that moved out of the apartment left it pretty much clean). They broke a few of my curtain rods as while they were at it too!! ridiculous!

I used this service once and will be using them again on a regular basis. My cleaning person come on time and did a fantastic job--Im requesting her for future! She was fast, thorough, and very professional. She did everything I asked, and even made some special touches. I like the online booking format because its just a couple of clicks and your done--no fuss, no muss. And I also like that I can put the whole thing on my credit card (including the tip!) and not worry about having to go to the bank to get cash. We had a team come in to do a simple pre-holiday scrub-down on a studio space that we use as an office, and they did a great job. The team arrived right on time, cleaned quickly and efficiently with minimal disruption to our staff who were working at the same time, and they did a great job getting into some of the particularly dusty corners that wed all been ignoring. I honestly didnt realize how gross our floor was until they mopped it down... Recommended, and would definitely use again!

Very easy to book, customer service is very friendly and responsive. We have 4 AirBnb units that we rent out, and we exclusively use MaidThis. Every service is gonna hit a snag here and there, but I know that their team is going to make sure that it is corrected and smoothed out. After seeing how well they cleaned our Airbnb units, it was a no brainer to have them clean my personal home on a recurring basis. Ill be using them for any other units I add, and recommending them to my friends.

This is the easiest maid service to book and they tell you exactly what you are getting in your cleaning. Its great that you can include add ons online if you need anything extra done. Whenever I have called, there is always someone available over the phone to help me; and when they are busy someone always promptly calls me back. I have no complaints about the cleaning job either and I will most likely be using this service from now on.

The crew showed up early and did a fantastic job on a deep move-out cleaning. I would definitely upset his service again.

Not a professional cleaning service. I ordered a $200 "Deep Clean" for my small 1-bedroom apartment and they tried to leave w/o even vacuuming. The cleaners even used my personal sponge & paper towels to clean - and then left with those items! They were not prepared or thorough at all. Very disappointing.

Really bad experience. $200 basically flushed down my still dirty toilet. When I brought it up cleaning lady became confrontational and made me very uncomfortable. Maybe out of spite, the door was left wide open when she left. So dangerous. Glad I was nearby. Avoid this place.
