I really want to give 5 stars based on Customer Service. However the lack of consistancy in the cleans brings the rating down to a 3. While the CA states that they do deeper cleans into rooms on a rotation, we have found that often those deeper cleans miss key areas that have been defined by the CA as Key. For example, the CA says that on the Kitchen rotation day where the kitchen is supposed to get a deeper cleaning, the inside of the oven door is suppose to be cleaned. However, the inside of the oven door gets completely missed during the clean and I have to call or email the CA to advise them of this miss - which I shouldnt have to do since its one of the items that is outlined as one of the tasks that is supposed to be and was completed. Also, I wish the crews would move light furniture (chairs, floor lamps, etc) when vacuuming so that the entire area is cleaned. Because this isnt done by the crew, I often have to go back into the rooms and re-vacuum. Not a good use of my funds and time. All that said, the customer service that the CA provides is excellent. They are responsibe to any issues and either come back and clean again or provide a discount on future cleans. I would prefer to have things done right the first time, but its nice to know that the CA stands behind their service.

Overall, they do a great job. I wish they did better with "under" and "behind" items, though. Even on the detail clean areas, I find these areas are often missed. I dont expect them to move a pile of papers if I dont get a chance to clean off a counter top, since thats obviously my fault, but I do expect them to get behind my daughters plastic play kitchen (a one-handed move), kitchen trash can, and other such items. And theyre not very consistent with the hard wood floors, either. Since the floors run throughout my entire downstairs (not a large area), if one area is missed, those dust bunnies have the run of the place! So a quick swipe of a duster under the couch and entertainment system seems like a reasonable expectation, but it rarely happens. When I address these issues, management is quick to respond and take action, but the results never seem to "stick." Big picture, though - these are minor complaints, and I would still recommend this company, for sure. I do enjoy having a clean house for a few days every month, and between my perfectionist nature (takes me an hour to clean just one bathroom) and 2 young kiddos, thats not going to happen without bringing in professionals!

The Cleaning Authority staff have been a dream to work with! Very pleasant and always doing such a great job. It makes my life so much easier. Its reassuring that when my little granddaughter comes to visit, I dont have to worry that dangerous chemical cleaners have been used either. I brag about this home cleaning company to everyone I know and recommend it very highly. Its so worth it to have my weekends absolutely free or planning a party, one less huge chore I have to worry about. Do yourself a favor or just do something special for yourself. Love having this cleaning service, such a blessing for our family! The Cleaning Authority company uses safe cleaning products and works on an effective cleaning rotation system. The services are priced competitively. The cleaning staff work really hard and are incredibly friendly. When we have had any concerns or questions we have gotten prompt responses from the management team who made sure everything was to our satisfaction. When necessary the housekeeping staff are all excellent about accepting feedback and correcting any concerns immediately.

These girls worked thier butts off! I have had housecleaing services in the past, and some times they are really awesome... at the beginning and then the service slacks off as time goes on, the quality goes down, and some times they are just not good on the first cleaning. But after my first cleaning I am so impressed, the manager even stopped by to check on things. I cant wait for my 2nd cleaing and all future cleanings....so far they really have gone above and beyond my expectations!

Ive been using this cleaning service for about a year, and overall find it to be dependable and professional. The only drawback is that with their large client base its not possible to always have the same folks cleaning who are familiar with my home. I especially want to acknowledge the work of Trevor and Tori! They are REALLY GREAT cleaners who work hard and are concerned to do what helps me most. In addition, they are real good folks all around (eg. they love my cat!)

A friend of mine recommended The Cleaning Authority to me. All of the teams have been terrific. I especially like their rotation system. Customer Service is great! They kept a request for a standard time open for me for a few months and then provided one as soon as they had it.

I spent $240 and am so sorry that I did! My home did not look much different when they were finished. I let them know how unhappy I was about it and they sent a couple people back to fix it (one was a child) and they didnt do much better.

Very well done work, but they do tend to miss some of the spots like behind a waste basket in a corner. Also, I think that cupboard doors and drawers in the kitchen need more attention.
