Cleanings are inconsistent and dont get better with coaching or communication. I sent several communications to the owner about areas that were missed and or ignored and it didnt get better. Sometimes they would forget to do an entire bedroom. We also had an incident with damage done to one of our bathroom mirrors due to the cleaners not using proper cleaning supplies. When asked to pay for damages, they wouldnt. The mirror needed to be replaced and pulled from the wall and the owner would only cooperate if they hired the contractor to do this. I was uncomfortable having someone I didnt know manage a mirror replacement in our rental building. According to contract, they were just supposed to pay for damages. This didnt happen. After this incident and the last poor cleaning on our home, we ended services. We were having our home cleaned every 3 weeks for 3 months with this company and it progressively got worse. I would not recommend this cleaning company.

Those who came to our house to clean did a great job. Cleaning service was able to accommodate to our need of a Saturday cleaning in the morning before the baby goes down for a nap. The girls who come to clean are friendly and work quickly and thoroughly. The first time they came they cleaned EVERYTHING! I dont think our house was even that clean when we first moved in. I am a very neat person and didnt think I would love having someone else clean my house because they wouldnt get everything like I would, but they did! Our floors are always so clean afterwards we have to be careful when we wear socks because they are so slippery, thats clean! I would recommend them to a friend and have them clean my house monthly. Wonderful!

Well the people that do my house every week is FANTASTIC but I have use others in the company and they are fantastic ALSO. I get my moneys worth they are clean hard working and very reliable if you need to change a time or day it is never a problem.. I will never change to any other company really all one needs to do is just try them one time and you also will never leave. I have used Maria House Cleaning for approximately 3 1/2 years and am very pleased with the service I have received. There has only been one change in my cleaner in that time which is good for consistent quality. While the language difference can present challenges, by now Vita knows my needs and always does an excellent job each visit. I will stay with Maria forever if the price and quality continues to be as good as it has been in the past.
