Molly Maids was a name I really trusted since I had worked for them years ago and knew their policies on clean. A lot has changed since then! I got a 2 hour clean with special attention to the floors in bathroom and kitchen. They were later than I thought theyd be and apparently neither spoke English very well but I was surprised that nothing I had asked was done. It was about an hour into it I realized they understood very little of what I was saying. They left my kitchen floor disgusting and tried to charge extra. I do have to say in their favor is my tub and shower looks amazing. Kinda wished theyd done that great of a job all over. Called office to complain but wasnt treated all that well so I dont feel they lived up to the reputation they say they have. Yep! Dont hold back, tell us how you really feel:)

I have been very pleased with my Molly Maids service.....the service has been fast and thourough. I have a house full of little boys so I cant ever seem to keep up on the cleaning!! They are on time and when I have had to call to rearrange they are so kind and accomodating! I have recommended MM to neighbors and friends!

They did a great job cleaning the house- until they tried to charge me $400 for 4 hrs of cleaning. This would have been ok if they were actually there for four hours. I came home two hours after they started and they were gone. Really big scam- make sure youre there if they are

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. Office person, Gabby, was argumentive, condescending and extremely rude. I was a customer for over 1 year and I would NEVER use them again, ever. For everyone reading this PLEASE find someone else to clean. This place is a rip-off scam.
