My daughter stood in line for 15 minutes today and was purposely skipped when it was her turn to order. The male employee looked at her once then went to the next people in line even though the other customers were pointing out that my daughter was next in line and was being ignored!! When my daughter returned to our car she was upset I called and asked to speak to a manager the employee asked me to call back because they had a line, After telling her why I was calling she passed the phone to a male employee who rudly dismissed me and offered an insincere apologie ! I have given the Brewer location alot of business but not from now on they have lost a customer!!!!

Food was good, tried the gluten free bread, def not as good as their own breads. Reason for the 2 stars had to do with the manager. Even though he was attempting to move the line along he needed to take a deep breath and be attentive to each customer. When told of my food allergy, he gave the impression he did know what to do "I can change my gloves, dont know what else I can do". My answer, "be attentive and pay attention, slow down." His manner had the rest of his team following orders from fear rather than working together like a well oiled machine.

We go to subway quite frequently but today my husband and I both asked for a chopped salad . We was very disappointed. It wasnt chopped At all the girl making it used the same bowl on both even though it was two different types of salad and different dressings. Just to say we was disappointed to say the least.

This Subway often does not have their full menu served until close. If you like bread such as Italian herbs and cheese and it is within 2 hours of closing you may want to find a different location.
