I had lots of foot traffic in my busy herb shop (Humboldt Herbals) over the holidays, and the carpets really showed it. I wanted to have them steam cleaned, so I did a google search and found A-1. Theyre wonderful!! I was concerned about the timing of the cleaning, because I didnt want wet carpets when we open for business at 10am. Roger came to my shop after hours and cleaned the carpets during the evening so they could dry overnight - talk about customer service! I can honestly say the carpet has never looked better - even old stains that didnt come out with other carpet cleaning services Ive used are gone ~ Im a customer for life! Thanks Roger and A1!

GREAT job! The guys were very friendly and professional and left my carpet in better condition than I thought was possible. My carpet was in pretty bad shape and they left it looking good as new and it smells great! like citrus not at all the chemical smell that Ive had with other carpet cleaners. I had some pretty tough stains that I didnt think would ever come out but they worked some kind of magic and I can hardly notice them. Would definitely recommend their service to a friend OR a stranger. Id give them six stars if I could. Thanks for a sparkling clean carpet, A-1!!

It is my great pleasure to recommend A-1 Cleaning Service in Eureka, CA. William Hardwick and his crew do excellent work. Their maid service has cleaned my home and it always sparkles when they do. I have visited a number of their commercial accounts around town where the come in at night and perform janitorial service, including floor stripping and waxing. Again top notch. Last but not least, their carpet cleaning and window washing services. Just awesome. Twenty plus years theyve been at it and they keep getting better. Onward and upward.

We have had our carpets cleaned twice by A-1 and have had a wonderful and positive experience each time. The time and attention that was put into protecting our furniture, staircase banisters, etc was greatly appreciated. Our white carpet that looked beyond repair with stains and traffic wear, looked like new after getting cleaned. The service technicians were very professional, prompt and focused on their work. A-1 Cleaning Service was timely. The professional cleaner was really friendly and also informative. I was curious about the kind of vacuum cleaner professional cleaners use and he took the time to tell me what to look for in purchasing a vacuum cleaner and how to maintain the machine. Quality cleaning, professionalism, timeliness are important to me. Im not sure about the environmental impact of using carpet cleaners but as far as service goes these guys are # 1!

I got my Moms carpets cleaned while she was out of town. I was about to start pricing out new carpet there were so many stains, but figured Id see if they came up. The carpets ended up looking brand new. As soon as Roger finished, I scheduled him to do my house. Reasonable pricing and he was able to get into some hard to access lofts.
