Just an honest review. I booked a deep clean with potential for regular monthly service. The upstairs was fine, Im not 100% certain all baseboards were wiped down, but our master shower looks great and I havent been able to get it that clean looking for a while. I was a little disappointed with the work that was done downstairs, in my kitchen and family room specifically. Im assuming it was a little bit rushed as they were getting close to their time limit. I also had to leave as they were leaving to pick up my child, so I wasnt able to get a good look at the downstairs until they had already been paid and tipped. The sink was not clean, still had yogurt residue from my toddlers breakfast that morning. Cabinet fronts had smudges, glass pieces had finger prints, our dishwasher panel and stove hood wasnt wiped down either. I ended up sweeping the kitchen and living room floors again as I could see a cheerio under our love seat. Also, its been a couple of days and our hardwood floors are REALLY slippery. Not really sure what to do about that. Again, just a little disappointed to spend that much money on a deep clean for my already fairly clean home and still have to go and clean after the cleaning. I wish they wore booties over their sneakers too, something just makes it seem less clean seeing shoe prints on my rugs and floors that were just mopped. They were perfectly pleasant and complimentary of my home, showed up on time and immediately went to work. And I know they have a 24 hour guarantee and will come back if youre unhappy with anything but Im hoping to find a service that can get it done the first time, every time.

Regal Maid Service are true cleaning professionals. The first visit was a deep clean, and my home needed it. The people that were assigned to my home that day knew exactly what was need, and were very efficient! I didnt think it would ever look as good as it did when Regal Maid Service left. I just had the second visit a few days ago, and Alex and Sarah were amazing! In just a couple of hours, they managed to transform my home once again. Excellent job!! If you have any reservations about using Regal Maid Service, dont. The only reservation you should have is the one you will receive after you call and make an appointment.

I love them! Now all our three bathrooms are shiny and the staircase is clean! Not only getting the job done excellently, they are very friendly and considerate. I became extremely sensitive to chemical smell due to my recent medical treatment and when I told Jane, the owner, about that, she gladly had her team use all green products with no smell! I love how they mopped our wood floor with their natural cleaner that has natural oil. Also I love how they are courteous and pleasant to work with. Thank you so much Jane, Michael and everyone on the team! You made my life much easier!

This maid service is outstanding! The owners are very caring people and are very accommodating to my schedule. They assign the same maids to my house I already know. The maids are always asking me what they can do more for me. Im a senior citizen and on oxygen 24/7 and them asking is a big relief to know they care. The employees at regal maid service are beyond amazing. The ladies who cleaned my house were thorough, professional and made my house sparkle. Overall consistent good service. They are gentle with wood and granite surfaces. Sometimes they seem a little rushed and dont get the unseen areas like under the fridge doors. I also would like an ability to submit online payment instead of writing checks. Ill keep using this service in the future.
