I recently contacted Southwest because we were experiencing some issues with one of the molding machines in the department. They sent a technician to our location & found the issues in the matter of minutes. He made a few adjustments on the machine & provided me with information on parts that need to be replaced soon. The overall experience was a great one & I would definitely continue contacting them whenever we have anymore issues with our machines.
