Great location and facility layout, lots of space and has an outdoor patio. Competitively priced membership options. Dog friendly. The members make the gym - Ive met some of the best people in my life here. Coaching is sub-par for the area and the maturity of the CrossFit movement; this gym has fallen behind in that regard. Used to have a barbell program but sadly dropped it. Equipment could use updating as well.

Visiting town and dropped in for a class. Space was clean and open, people were nice, staff was helpful. I cant say 100℅ that its a 5 star place because I only went once but Id definitely go back. Went to a c-sport class which I liked, and the trainer Chelsea was awesome - friendly, encouraging, and knowledgeable.

The staff is helpful and there are always dogs there to cheer me up. There are buff dudes and ladies plus the whole range so i fit right in the middle. Good times.
