when I moved here from Idaho I didnt know my way around very well and when I found a gym within 2 miles of my new place I was STOKED!! It was a bit hard going from a gym that was open to members 24hours a day to one that wasnt but I quickly got used to it. And now they are open 24hours!!! They offer a variety of classes throught the day, but not may during evening hours. With my work schedule being 9-6 I find that sometimes I have to race across the bridge from Yuba to get to the 6:30 classes on time, but they are worth it!! I also like that there is a "womens only" area so that we dont have to work out around a bunch of men on those days we are feeling "fat" lol. Most of the staff is always friendly and helpful whenever needed, however there is a girl at the front desk who always seems to be scowling and is rude. The price isnt too bad either, especially compared to some of the other gyms in the area that dont have good reputations. They also have a kids zone which I think is AWESOME, even though I dont have kids! It is not only a day-care type thing for parents who want to work out but have no child care, they also take them out and do activities to keep them active. They dance in the dance room, they stretch and run on the basketball court and they even have rock climbing for the kids 40+lbs. The only thing missing from this gym is a pool!!!!

I purchased memberships for me and my 2 daughters last Feb. A week later I received a call from a woman who was processing our memberships and she told me that the memberships were set up incorrectly on separate contracts. She instructed me to go to the front desk to clear this up and I did. The front desk asked me to provide proof of residency with a piece of mail with my daughters name. I procrastinated bring that in, a couple of months. When I brought the mail in the front desk had no idea what I was talking about. I was told, we do not call customers. I was basically called a liar. I felt like my character was being attacked. This person at the front desk kept asking me questions about why it wasnt set up this way or that way. I could only respond that I did not work there. I am a good customer and I felt humiliated. Now Im stuck in a contract at a gym I no longer feel comfortable agoing to. I have anxiety just thinking about going. I have no reason to lie nor fabricate stories about someone calling me from the office. I loved the gym before this now its ruined.

I had a membership a couple years ago. The staff are all professional and friendly. The owner even took the time to chat with me and give me a pep talk. He is a cool guy (and very good looking too, wink wink). There is a great, encouraging atmosphere. Of course, lots of hot bodies to be distracted by. Haha. Also lots of variety in the equipment, which is easy to learn to use with helpful instructions. I really miss Training Zone. But without transportation, I would have a hard time getting there enough to really get much out of a membership right now. Sometime soon, I hope to return and finally get in shape for the first time in my life.

I love my gym! As a member of this gym for 5 years now I can truly say that they have a great environment and staff; has everything I need to get my workout on in the morning before work. I am really looking forward to the expansion, its going to take this gym to the next level. Chris (the owner) has done a great job of making improvements to his gym and making its visitors feel at home. Best gym in Yuba-Sutter hands down! Yes, I have visited several others since I work in Yuba in an attempt to find a gym close to work (quick lunch work out), and none compare.

Open 24 hours throughout the week with only marginally limited hours on the weekends, wide variety of classes, owner is very active and invested in the gym, a large variety of equipment (including a quieter area for cardio). The one downside is that, during the evening hours when the martial arts studio that is located inside the gym has their childrens classes, there can be obnoxious children running around unchecked by their parents.

Ive been working out of town for a year and half and have been trying to cancel my membership. They tell me I have to come in and I told them I dont have time. I just got off the phone with one of their employees and told him I couldnt come in and he proceeded to ask me if my legs were broken or if I lived in town. Completely unacceptable behavior for a business

The enviroment is ok, the employees are nice, the equipments are nothing to die for, and the owner is full of himself. There are lot of gyms around the Marysville-Yuba City area and some of them do not require a contract and they open longer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS GYM for anyone whos looking for a real work. O and one thing they close at 10 OOO Clock.

Nice place. Slightly small, but old school steel equipment is great. Location is another good aspect, in the heart of historic downtown marysville! Best local place if bodybuilding!

The staff is friendly, they have a variety of equipment & a womens area. Overall a great gym! Not to mention theyre open 24 hrs so you can go whenever you want!

Great place to workout, they have a ladys own place so we can be private to do our exercises, they put better workput machines , it looks better.

Amazing gym! Would recommend for anyone, has a womens only section thats great as well as a kids section. Is ALOT bigger than it looks:)
