If I could give 0, I would put 0 here. I made an appointment on Friday for Monday at 6 pm for a tour and membership explanation. I went today (Monday 07/31) with my wife there and arrived at 5:30. Front desk said, there is lady who is in charge, and she showed up. She said, we have to wait because our appointment is at 6 (which is totally right). Then somebody arrived at 5:50, who had an appointment couple of hr before us, and they just arrived late. She gave them the tour and said, you have to wait. We waited till 6:15 and when I asked frond desk we cannot wait for long time, and our appointment was at 6, they talked to her, and she said, she is busy, and we can leave. So, we left! At 6:25 she called and she said, people arrived late, and you had to wait, you can make another appointment. We go to gym for physical and mental stress release. In first impression, she gave me too much stress and attitude. I think this place is not worthwhile, because some employees dont care about people. In first meeting you need to be nice, not rude and full of attitude.

NRC has the facilities most people need. However, people (include me) complain about: 1. Club close way too early in weekend evenings (Fri,Sat at 10, Sun at 9) as people finally have time to enjoy it. Swimming pool closes even earlier for maintenance. Usually no management on site at this time so the cleaning staff pretty much call the shots. 2. NRC frequently takes precious weekend time for some activities not directly related to the members. Paid members usually have to sacrifice the quality of services, e.g. crowd gym rooms, dirty and smelly shower rooms, insufficient towels and parking spaces, etc. 3. Management solicits inputs but when you do, there were no reactions nor any responses A disappointed user

Fine facilities with decent space and usually not very busy--its extremely close to work, which is why we chose this one. A little on the expensive side, and can get inundated with children during community summer events.

Great place to workout and socialize with like minded people. Facility is always clean and there is typically room to get a workout in without waiting for equipment. Egos mostly in-house here.

High end, family oriented, clean facility with many options for health and fitness in a small facility. They have a little bit of everything and are never super crowded.

Small gym worth great staff and a "small town" feel. The weight room has everything I need and there is a good selection of equipment and classes. Great spin instructors.

Nice, and friendly staff with clean and well lit facilities. Bathrooms and locker rooms are fully equipped. Pool is beautiful and heated.
