I would recommend CAC for Bruce Coolidge alone. He organizes the basketball leagues and does a stellar job. He arranges competitive games with The Big C in Concord, keeps stats, sends weekly league summaries, and is constantly improving the league using feedback from the captains. Its obvious he loves basketball and does his best to satisfy the players. He also is an excellent personal trainer and has tremendous knowledge regarding a variety of fitness workouts and nutritional plans. Bruces positive attitude and friendly demeanor make him a pleasure to work with, as well an an invaluable asset to CAC. --Jeff Gonsalves

NO PARKING! My time is very limited I used to love this place but now I can never find parking and I pay $180 per month to be here. I told the manager and he seemed to not be interested in my complaint. He then told me he couldnt do anything about it. For this rate I could belong to multiple gyms. I will most likely be looking for a new gym. If you are looking for convenience, this is not the place. It is also out if date.

I play racquetball here and love the staff and members. We play racquetball with some of the staff and they are always so personable. I highly recommend this club to anyone who wants to have a family environment when they come to the gym. Because they arent a chain they really can get to know everyone.

Excellent club highly recommended. Friendly professional staff, excellent equipment and pool. I like the locker rooms, very clean with two types of sauna and jacuzzi in both male and female. There is a wide variety of classes included in membership. Parking for club members across street.

I love the group classes! My wife and I workout together and always enjoy the gym. Best start possible to my day. The facilities alone are worth the membership and the staff make us feel welcome. They value their members here.

The Capital Athletic Club is the nicest thing I do for myself. Great service, extremely capable trainers and instructors and they wash your gym clothes! I love the place.
