I have been the heaviest in my life 6 weeks ago. I happen to stumble to Results Transformation Center on my FB feed and it changed my LIFE! I joined decided last minute to try it out after the holidays and new years. What I did not expect was how much the staff and your fit family care about you not just during the 6 weeks but after as well. One of the most important thing that I have learned from results is how much my body can endure along with how much self control I had when it came to eating healthy. Everyone was so supportive and pushing me to my limits in ways I could not imagine. Thank you so much Results Transformation Center EG for encouraging me to loose 20+ lbs!!!

The coaches are wonderful motivators and very positive. Good gym with diet component to join. You have to stick with the food plan, even when you eat out. I know that is hard, but your weight will go up if you use eating out with family and friends as an excuse to go off program.
