This gym is equipped with enough machines and free weights to give you a full body workout as well as cardio machines. It is always clean, however, there is 3 negative remarks about it. 1) the gym is too small for the amount of members they have. Usually around 4-11pm, good luck finding weights. Perhaps the owner of this franchise gym should consider expanding, moving to a bigger place or limiting the amount of members they enroll. 2) the gym members themselves are filthy. No gym etiquette whatsoever! RERACK YOUR WEIGHTS AND CLEAN THE EQUIPMENT YOU SWEAT ON! Because of limitation in gym equipment, LIMIT YOUR SETS! OTHERS WANT TO USE THE WEIGHTS AND MACHINES. 3) The majority of big dudes here try to intimidate beginners or others smaller than themselves. I mean, really mate? Do you feel superior by doing such thing? If you think youre big enough to intimidate others, please step into The Mecca of Bodybuilding (Golds Gym Venice). If you are in any way unsatisfied by the gym, you want to cancel the membership and they have your bank account number, dont forget to cancel your card and put a stop payment with your bank on any future automatic withdrawals from this gym.

Its horrible they constantly lying about fees. I sign up before the gym even open they promise they would have aerobic classes. Come to find out they never had its been open for almost a year now. The manager told me that I am paying for the following month. Another employee told me they cant do that. They over charge me and change my husband membership to the most expensive one and didnt give me a reason why.Please dont make any changes on your account its takes almost 2 months to change. I have been ripe off.Theres always meat heads in the gym yelling and giving me mean looks. The woman bathroom is always dirty. They never have hand soap and toilet paper. If you want to talk to someone in the front expect a long wait to talk to someone anyone that work there. I tried my best to make it work there. I got tired of always complaining.

Well i showed up for a referall of one my employees so i ask for information for me and possibly my wife as well, so the guy was courteous and show me the typical "today is our last day of this prices" so i decide and ask to leave to consult my wife if she will be joining me and then a asian manager show up and say: "so if you buy a ice cream you need to ask your wife" and i was like feel really disrespectful and unprofessional approach, he was desperate to make me sign in so seriously ??? I just need to ask her but she is really busy but they dont care just want to you to sign a year contract (they claim to be month 2 month).

Overrated. Limited quantity of equipment. Most trainers are beginners and amateurs. Most people pay different prices for the same membership or personal training to simply keep your money and they expect you not to talk about it amongst other people. Many delays and bs excuses to avoid canceling your membership and/or personal training and they WILL do their best to give you that run around unless youre already educated about that from some previous experience and they give you back your money ASAP. Any top trainer there will KNOW that they can do better on their own.

The equipment is in very well conditions.There are very few trainers who really know what they are teaching. Some of them spend their time talking among themselves instead of taking seriously their clients. Also, they have child care but they do not have control over children cluttering the machines you want to use. It is dangerous and it can cause them future lawsuits. Additionally, I went to get a quick workout of 40 minutes deadlifts and squats and they closed "50 minutes" early! From 3 stars to 1!!!

They over charged me for months and will not refund the money. When you cancel they will STILL charge you. Block your card to keep them from taking money and the debt accumulates with late fees and harassment. Trainers are not real trainers. They hire member who look like they know what they are doing. Then have them take a quick class to hire them. Do your research before signing up at any fitness19. They do this to people everywhere. They really need to get sued.

Kept charging me after canceled account. Went in three times about this issue once they frozen my account for a couple of months and then resumed charging hoping I wouldnt notice, second they said they cancelled it and charged me the next month and third I was left there waiting for assistance. Call your bank and block them that is the only way to get rid of them. 1 star is too much

Cant believe this gym charges for their membership cards! They should expect this type of expense as part of running this type of business. Apparently the business owner is not aware of the type of business hes running. Expect a $5 dollar fee EVERY SINGLE TIME your card wears out or you lose it ON TOP OF ALREADY PAYING YOUR EXPENSIVE MONTHLY membership for this TINY GYM!

This is not a gym, it is a campground! I LOVE Fitness 19s. Not this one. They need to send a park ranger! You will not get a dumbell OR on a bench. Four guys will have 3 or 4 sets parked around their bench.....but will be watching the TV instead. Even getting a machine is tough. Dont expect the employees to get off their phones or computers to help either.

Worse experience EVER... This place charged me after i put my account on hold and now the say i owe$378 even though i havent used the gym in a year. Dont fall for their scam. I thought i was saving money but this gym is scam. Go to real gym you really do get what you pay for...

Place sucks over charge, day care the girls dont even take good care of the kids! There constantly overcharging me & giving excuses about giving fees PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME TO EVEN SIGN UP YOU WILL REGRET IT I PROMISE GO TO LA FITNESS OR ANY OTHER GYM!!

Finally I found a good afortable gym to take my baby and workout. Im addicted to the gym now due to great training. Have lost weight and my fat % is dropping too.
