We followed Marcos professional process in the food industry since he was chef of a restaurant in Menlo Park through his successful work in San Francisco. Now he took the next step bringing his experience as an outstanding chef to his own catering company. In it, his marketing skills are combined with his creativity as a food producer. We strongly recommend Central Catering for corporate, small businesses, and family parties. This is what I will use to celebrate my wedding anniversary or to recommend to my Real Estate Company for the next Christmas Party! It would be hard to find a catering service with such quality, diversity of choices and personal attention that could parallel Central Catering. It is hard to find good food at reasonable prices for a business lunch and having tried my fair share of bad sandwiches and other catered food, I am happy with Caterings Central menu. They have an excellent mix of choices for every occasion and given the need to sometimes have a working lunch with workmates or host clients or group meetings, Catering Central is a perfect, convenient and delicious choice. There is plenty of variety to not be bored! I will be using Catering Central for my business lunches and gatherings and while I have not hired them for private events, I think it is definitively warrant to try them for special events.

Ive been catering corporate lunch meetings in Milpitas CA for the last six months and my experience has been great! Chelsea has been very accommodating in working within my budget. The food is delicious. Delivery service has been so fantastic. This is what we served at last Mondays meeting: Spinach w/ strawberries/candied walnuts/feta in balsamic vinaigrette, wild rice w/ golden raisins/moroccan spices, roasted chicken breast in garlic mushroom cream sauce, seasonal roasted veggies, assorted cookies. This group is great to work with!

We had a family birthday celebration with a barbeque theme. Catering Central helped with the menu planning. They came to our home, set everything up, and it was ready for a no muss, no fuss event! The food was delicious with a lovely presentation. Very reasonable prices. Everyone especially liked the pulled pork, and the potatoes au gratin...Yum!
