A nice place to eat. Its a pick-your-own-food style place where you choose your basic meal and then walk along the glass counter while you watch them prepare it and answer questions as to what extra bits you want. They grill the meat as you get your order put together so you know its not been sitting around all day, the veggies are all fresh as well. The staff are friendly, if not always totally clueful as to their responsibilities and Ive not had a bad meal there yet. I recommend this place if youre going to go see a movie at the IMAX, it doesnt take long and is satisfying. Parking can be a problem, there just isnt enough space for the number of places in the mall.

To start positive- the food is delicious! The not so good part was the service. There does not seem to be any management of the place...Who is in charge? There are people standing around while customers try to get their attention. Perhaps they could provide more training to their staff because they dont appear to be confident in what they are doing. The servers need a system to be more efficient. It is surprising to see the place empty and now I know why...neighbors had the same feedback that the food was good but the service was off...I will try once more later.

Pretty good flavor, but its a bit pricey and... And they have rules that arent posted about available quantities of sides which arent posted. The menus are confusing, and ill conceived. The prices will knock you down at the register. I plan to never return. Plus the guy fixing your food behind the counter likes to call you boss as if youve met before. The hummus is too strong with cumin, and isnt as good as Wholefoods. Back to bringing lunch from home and saving my money for much better places.

Yalla was a disappointment. My girlfriend and I decided to give Yalla a try after frequenting the nearby Urban Plates a few times. We expected to be met with fresh, somewhat healthy Greek cuisine at an affordable price. Instead, our experience more closely resembled an elementary school cafeteria that took a risk on "Greek Food Thursday" and came up short. The food is mediocre at best, the lemonade is atrocious, and the floors were rather slippery. You are far better off elsewhere.

Been twice about three months apart. Nice looking place. Cool menu. Food tastes good but not great, and Ive eaten a lot in the middle east being military. I wanted to like this place, however the food gave me severe bubble guts both times I ate there. I thought the first time was a fluke but after yesterdays miserable upset stomach I am done. Its not worth downing a bottle of Pepto after. So be careful, not sure what is going on with their food.

The food was great. I had a tritip steak wrap with fries in it. (They call it Jerusalem style.) My lady had a chicken plate and she said the chicken and the hummus were very good. We both thought that most of the staff were quite friendly and helpful. The yogurt topped with baclava at the end was a unique treat. The location is brand new and very modern and clean. We will certainly go back for more.

Delicious, healthy, and quick food. All locally sourced as well. The chicken swarma or streak wraps are my favorite. The menu can be a bit confusing and if youre not getting a wrap, you end up with a huge amount of side dishes. Only major complaint is the staff still gets confused easily and overwhelmed. It is getting better though, so its worth giving it some time

Have to update my review.. from the Amazing food made with fresh ingredients, this place has gone down several notches in terms of quality. Food is good, fresher than most places, tastes good and ambience is good. I miss the Yalla of old, where everything was finger-licking delicious and farm-fresh.

Really yummy food! Great Mediterranean taste and filling. I enjoyed a street pita, The Jerusalem with chicken. It was so good its making my mouth water as I write this. The place gets its ingredients from places that are as local as possible. Overall its a very clean place and the food is delicious!

HUGE servings. Really high quality food. Everyone wants to be "The Chipotle of X" but this place actually delivers on that. I had the Jerusalem Street Wrap with chicken and a bunch of the sides which were really great. Cool interior too. Everything about the experience was very high quality.

This is an excellent mediterranean fast food restaurant. Portions are enormous and food is ultra fresh. Everything tastes great. The only reason this Yalla location did not get 5 stars is they do not cook the meat fresh right in front of you like the Concord location does.

Queue to order Mediterranean style food such as chicken/steak/kefta/salmon skewers, falafel, sales, hummus, pita bread. Beer and wine can be ordered but choice is small, i.e. red or white wine and about 4 beers. Order online for takeout available.

hungry and tired after late drive home, and a long line at 7:30 on a Sunday evening, but the food was good. enough for two meals easily; lamb kofta a bit tough but tasty [and of course salty]; the various vege salads are excellent!

This place is unfortunately a little underwhelming. Overcooked meats, veggies and sloowwww service. I was honestly hoping for more after seeing the big selection of tasty looking entrees. Ill try again later and update then

I cant remember what the first Chipotle-line style Mediterranean place I went to was. Yalla wasnt the first, it wont be the last, and it probably has the same general quality as every other one: good.

I didnt have high expectations, but my chicken shawarma and greek salad was very good. kind of a Chipotle style set up when ordering. I definitely will come back to try the other dishes. Good job!

Delicious Mediterranean food served in a style similar to Chipotle. The grilled lamb left kebob on Israeli street food wrap is amazing. Bonus free drink if you are a military patron.

Great place to make your own wraps and Mediterranean plates. Good place to have dinner after a tiring day at the outlet mall close by
